Still waiting for product more than one month later. Am inundated with stupid emails trying to sell me more products - up to 18 now!! Yet their customer service is so bad that they never manage to send any updates on my shipment. I chased a couple of times and all they send me is tracked information dated 6th May and its now the 28th. No apologies and no help.
Even if I ever receive it (which seems doubtful) what if it actually works but you have to make the next order to allow for a more than one month service which just doesnt make sense when youre using a product. In the UK if things are sent from other countries nothing has ever taken this long to arrive. I would recommend you dont go near this company.

Do not order from this company! The product does not arrive and they balk at a refund. They tried to tell me that my address was wrong and needed more money to 'resend'. Or a 40% refund.

Rcvd 2 bottles and on envelope from china contents say "2 Hair essential oil" is this just to get it through customs. I am putting straight into the bin. Do not trust it and believe it to be a scam. When I sent them an email questioning why and are you scammers. They simply ignored it and said were pleased order had been received. That confirmed my suspicions.
