Never received anything total scam!

I'm constantly getting ads for this little company but I mean they fail so flawlessly at being legit it's scam written all over, one ad that comes up a lot, a women with her dog (the psychic artist) who explains her business but the example she uses for one of her readings is the same photo with the same couple, with the women seeking a soulmate but I've seen this couple in one ad be a barrista that after 2 or so years suddenly asked her out, wedding to come, 2nd example of ad with photo was the guy was her gym instructor and they get together, wedding to come and lastly the guy turned out to be the women's brothers hot friend she's been crushing on for years, can't fully remember but prob yh wedding inbound, Saw the website and just yeah.... don't get sucked in to this rip off

Would give zero stars if I could! It’s a scam. Received nothing. Buyer beware.

Did mine back in June of 2024 received my drawing within 24 hours as promised. Was sent to the spam folder. Which it is indeed all it is, spam! My soulmate looked like dean from supernatural, but with blond hair. And how convenient it was that my soulmate is a Gemini because I’m a libra(we’re supposed to be the most compatible) it’s been nearly a year, I have not met anyone that resembled him. He looked to perfect. Probably a picture she found on the web?

I looked at the website a few times, started gettiing emails saying hurry up, the image will fade away, after a few days I did it. Got another email instructing how to work with the sketch, that I never got. I started emailing her, daily. No response, even though she claims she will respond in 24 hours. Sketch was supposed to be ready with 48 hours. It has been 96 hours. No sketch, no replys. Wish I had found this website prior to sending money. I have since filed complaints with paypal, and have requested a refund.
Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Thank God I went on Trust pilot. When I looked for reviews it was all obviously fake Reviews. It was so hard to trust the reviews. I almost bought this psychic sketch. So glad I found all your guy's honest reviews. So sorry you lost money but you saved me money and hundreds of others.

TOTAL SCAM!!!Paid for the sketch and got a fake link. I reached out multiple times and no response.

Tina Alder Psychic drawing thing is a scam. I never got anything from them except demands for more money for additional "psychic services". Don't waste your time and money.

Got sucked in on a Facebook ad. The sketch that I was given was also found on another site for mental wellbeing. Got scammed for $60. My own fault I guess.

this is a total scammmmmm! paid 37.00 and got no sketch. reached out numerous times with no reply. I have disputed the charge with my bank. WHY do People have to scam us? so sad!

Don't know about the sketch but this same video with her dog was used on Puplabs to get me to buy products for my dog. Which I returned because they sent me ingredients in it that they don't recommend giving to your pets!

This is such a scam!! I did not receive my sketch at all and I even paid extra to receive in 24hrs!! I am now spammed with random emails trying to get me to pay extra for other services! Single nurse mumma been scammed big time!!

Incompetent and fake. That’s why there’s no actual true positive reviews out there. Beware of being scammed. I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. Not even one star is deserved

I knew the moment "Tina" offered to speed up the time the soulmate would appear if I paid additional money that this was a scam. And it was. Don't fall for this!

I should have read these reviews before I gave up my $37! I never received my “Soulmate“ sketch. Fortunately, I was smart enough to not be sucked into “her” additional “predictions” for additional money. I could have been gouged for a lot more money than $37! Oh well, lesson learned. My only concern is that “she” now has my bank information :(

It's a scam. I got my drawing and did a Google image search and the same sketch appeared on a website selling watches. Except the watch site had it in color...which Tina wanted to uncharged me for

She scammed me out of $97. I made a purchase on her site for fun. But she charged me an additional $97 without my consent for a product I did not purchase and has refused to refund it.

Absolute scam! Do not buy!

Absolutely poor customer service. Dress was not the colour stated and the quality was poor. Ill fitted and definitely not worth the price stated. Very cheap and any company that refuses returns for no reason have the worst morals. Taking people from money for their own gain is disgusting.

They then rejected a return as was on promotion price which is NOT stated clearly in the process or in the terms of conditions.
