I've been taking my Subaru to be serviced and repaired at t.i.m Motors for several years and the service staff have always been very helpful and would always go above and beyond.
It was recently time to part exchange my old XV for a Solterra. Ian and Gabriella made the whole experience very easy and stress free, answering all my questions. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend!

I’ve been looking for a specific make and model car for a few months with no luck until I found a perfect example being sold by T.I.M. Motors.
The description of the car stood out from all the rest- everything you want to know was there with no false advertising. The car itself is in excellent condition, the bodywork and interior almost like brand new!

No selling of add-ons like Gap insurance or paint treatments, just friendly and knowledgeable advice, test drives long enough to let you experience the car in various environments and a good part exchange price for my car, followed by a fantastic handover process and even a text the following day to see if all ok. Gabriella was fantastic, even allowing me to drive home to see whether the car would get onto the driveway. Have already recommended her and t.i.m to friends and family. We recently purchased a car with the help of Gabriella. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was honestly the most enjoyable experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The test drive she took us on was great as it wasn’t a case of down the road and back we were gone for at least half an hour and drove the car in all different scenarios. Which meant we got a proper feel for the car. Gabriella was great with communication and was able to answer any questions we had. Thank you again so much.

From start to finish our experience with t.i.m.uk motors after seeing the car on Cargurus was seam free. Ian was most helpful, not at all pushy, he just let us make up our minds at leisure. The company obviously takes great pride in the vehicles they are selling & their customer service. Ian kindly met us at the train station when we collected our car.
