The provider finds every possible way to cheat its users. Even though I completed the daily streak correctly—with approved tasks—my points didn't register to validate the check-in, so I’m going to lose my 26-day streak. On top of that, there are partner tasks requiring a code found in the video description, but the system constantly flags them as invalid; even when I report these issues, they keep the tasks up without fixing them. I used to like TimeWall, but now I feel like the company is ripping me off.

As an honest user, I should not be penalized for your system's tracking errors.

I have already published a 1-star review on Trustpilot and I am ready to share my full proof across Reddit communities if this is not manually reviewed. I request a human administrator to manually verify my attached proofs and credit my total missing earnings.

Questo lo utilizzo per le task, non offerte di giochi l che sono lunghe e non ne vale la pena. Le task che trovo sono abbastanza buone. Ma purtroppo devo rinlcomoscere un fatto. Ci sono dei truffatori che propongono delle task che non le pagano le ricompense, Oppure non c'è modo di completare perché mancano proprio deppeeccose richieste nel compito. Questo è un problema che può essere evitato guardando la percentuale di successo per quella missione se si avvicina al 100% è affidabile se invece è bassa va evitata perché sono solo truffatori. Inoltre Timewall dovrebbe coonttrollarle invece di farle restare lì ed evitare di fare perdere tempo ai suoi clienti che dovrebbero tutelare! Altro aspetto negativo e che alcune campagne portarono a eseguire dei compiti come creaazioni di Account Google che probabilmente servono agli Hacker per fare attività malevoli: phishing etc... E che non possono crearsi gli account da soli visto che gli indirizzi ip sono tracciati dai sistemi Google e hanno un limite. Ecco rimprovero questo a Timewall e non posso rilasciare una valutazione piú alta. Potrebbero fare meglio e prestare piú attenzione a questi aspetti.

I received an email from TimeWall asking me to verify my identity through Verisoul in order to continue using my account. I didn't immediately complete the verification, but I also didn't refuse—I just hadn't gotten to it yet. The next time I tried to log in, my account had been permanently deleted, with the message: "This account has been permanently deleted and cannot be restored."

No warning email was sent. No explanation was provided. No channel for appeal or clarification exists. This is not risk control—this is arbitrary account termination.

These platforms collect user data under the guise of surveys and task rewards, then delete accounts without notice as soon as users don't comply with their verification demands. If you're not urgently in need of small incentives, I strongly advise against submitting personal identification to platforms like this.

Once the account was deleted, all my records, points, and redemption history were lost. This is a platform that shows zero respect for its users and zero transparency around data handling. I will not be re-registering, and I suggest others stay away.

It appears that many accounts are currently being targeted by hackers. Please do not link your email to these websites. Some members have reportedly lost money after linking their email accounts, and scam or virus links may be sent through the connected email.

Be especially careful with TimeBucks and similar survey websites. Users in the USA, UK, and Australia have reportedly experienced financial losses. To protect your account and money, avoid linking your personal email unless you are completely sure the website and connection are safe.

I am not happy with their service because i am always missing many points when i am reaching the end with my games. Their customer support is bad aswell. They basiclly cant solve the issues and dont do anything about it. Plus the websites provides you to earn coins by giving away your personal phone number which is insane.

I accessed a survey through TimeWall that was advertised as taking approximately 25 minutes. I remained actively engaged throughout the entire survey and spent about 1 hour and 40 minutes answering detailed questions, including open-ended responses.

During the survey, several technical and debugging screens appeared, displaying internal variables, product-selection logic, probability percentages and qualification thresholds. These were clearly not normal survey pages.

After approximately 100 minutes, I was disqualified only at the very end. I received just 0.022 RLT as a BitLabs disqualification credit.

I then tried to report the issue. TimeWall’s support directed me to its FAQ, then to an automated chatbot, and finally instructed me to contact the survey provider. The provider list identified BitLabs but did not provide a direct support link. The BitLabs public website is aimed at business partners, and the support portal I eventually found required an account that I did not have because I accessed the survey through TimeWall.

My complaint is not simply that I was disqualified. The advertised duration was seriously inaccurate, extensive responses were collected before the final disqualification, the survey displayed visible technical errors, and there was no accessible human support channel to request a manual review.

I have screenshots documenting the survey errors, the final disqualification, the credit received and the entire support process.

TIMEWALL JUST BLOCKED ME FOR COMPLAINING TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM WHO REPLIED MORE THAN AN HOUR. THE ISSUE IS ALL ABOUT THE ERROR THEY GAVE EVEN IF I COMPLETED THAT PARTICULAR TASK .WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO SUBMIT THEM THEY KEPT GIVING ME AN ERROR SAYING "IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED THE TASK GIVEN BY THE ADVERTIZER" I HAVE DONE IT ALL. BY UPLOADING THE REQUESTED SCREENSHOT SHOWING I SUBSCRIBED TO THE ADVERTISERS CHANNEL PLUS TYPING DOWN MY YT USERNAME TO BE CHECKED BY THE ADVERTIZER. SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT IT, THEY WASTED MY TIME, THEN I TOOK A SHORT BREAK THEN WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN THEY BLOCKED ME ALREADY. TIMEWALL CANNOT FLAG THIS AS DEFAMATION CUZ I HAVE ALL THE SCREENSHOTS PROVING THAT I AM TELLING THE TRUTH AND WHAT THEY DID TO MY ACCOUNT IN TWITTER.

My account was unfairly banned after I changed internet service providers, and they also blocked my earned funds without allowing me to withdraw them. The support team, specifically the A.I. agent Tim, did not provide any real help or an opportunity to appeal. My account ID is torion. Avoid this service at all costs!

I’d been using TimeWall for a long time and had no trouble withdrawing rewards to RollerCoin. But after my first attempt to withdraw funds to Chainers, my account was initially placed under temporary review for almost two weeks, and then I received the message: “Your account has been permanently banned from accessing this service.”
I didn’t break any rules and only used one account. The only thing that changed was my attempt to withdraw to a different platform. What’s most infuriating is that it’s practically impossible to contact support. There’s no clear way to get help or an explanation for why the account was blocked.
I’m very disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t recommend using a platform where your account can be blocked without a clear explanation and without proper customer support.

Literally a Scam site
I'm surprised why's it so high rated, they must be offering task to rate than high here. Time wall is one of the worst site I have ever used. They literally just scam people. I did so many tasks and even provided SS as they asked but they just blantly rejected everything. Besides I couldn't redeem my coin into the real site . They just want to scam people by keeping a high curling for coin exchange plus also limits the users earnings deliberately. Stay away from this site, there are way better than this scrap

Lately when I completly finish the survey it pays 0 coins, even tough It should pay like 1usd, and I can't even contact their support because they say I need to contact 3rd party services, and I did and got no reply.. I'm not gonna waste 1 month of trying to get 1usd...
