A one-star review claiming we do not return calls is unfair given that we returned your call within 24 hours of receiving it.
We also helped you receive an offer to have your timeshare taken back and are actively working with you on that offer. Your review does not reflect that progress or our continued involvement in your matter.

Timeshare Legal helped us get out from our $25K timeshare commitment with a major brand. The costs of the unit were overwhelming, between monthly mortgage payments and constantly increasing annual maintenance fees, plus booking fees. The staff at Timeshare Legal patiently walked us through the steps to properly exit and followed up with us regularly to make sure things were moving along. The process took a long time, but we no longer had to make any payments to the timeshare company during that time. And eventually we were totally released from the contract, with no balance due. Thank you Timeshare Legal!

After making the difficult decision to use Timeshare Legal , I was initially concerned that it would require a lot of work on our part. Fortunately, I was mistaken. From the beginning, they assured me that they could help us, and communication was regular throughout the process. They kept me informed and assured me that things were progressing smoothly. Overall, the experience was hassle-free, and everything I needed to do was straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend time sure legal to anyone looking to get out of their timeshare.

Done with timeshares
I was looking to cancel my timeshare. I started my experience with Timeshare Legal in May,
2025. From the outset, I never felt alone in this process. They were always responsive and supportive. The whole process took about 1 1/2 years but worth the wait. I'm FINALLY FREE of this timeshare and will never walk that road again. Thank you Timeshare Legal.

I wasn't sure about this company and the process of canceling my timeshare. Despite my hesitation we decided to at least try it. We started with one point of contact and realized they had switched to another person. That gave me some worry. Darlynn was just as helpful and actually confirmed the cancelation. I am so glad, actually thrilled that we did it. The wait was long and sometimes it took a couple of emails to get a response, but I did exactly what they asked me to do and we have finally come to the conclusion I never thought was possible. Time share Legal did what they claimed to do.
