Save yourself the headache
I strongly recommend avoiding this car rental company.
The cars are poorly maintained and, in my experience, did not feel safe to drive. When you rent a car, especially when travelling, you should be able to trust that the vehicle is properly maintained and roadworthy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
The communication is just as frustrating. Responses can take a week or even longer, and when they finally reply, the answers are often unclear and leave you with even more questions. Getting a simple issue resolved becomes an unnecessarily long and stressful process.
If you want to save yourself a lot of frustration, stress, and headaches, I would strongly suggest renting somewhere else. A rental car should give you peace of mind, not make you worry about your safety and whether the company will even respond when something goes wrong.

I think you are confusing us with another company. Not only is there no record of you in our costumer base but you also mentioned the date of the rent to be on March 17. We did not rent out a single car that day. Your account states that you are from Indonesia, and we are e Dutch company for exotic rental cars. We don’t even except non EU drivers in our cars as policy.
All of our cars are highly maintained and completely restored even. All of our cars are a few years old and get big service every 5.000km, with a checkup every 2.000km.
Please remove your review because it is wrong and misleading to our potential customers. Thanks in advance. 🙏🏻
