Zed and the team are brilliant. They helped me find the right van and at no point did I feel pressured. Saw the transporter they had and fell in love. Needless to say everything was brilliant and when I collected, looked amazing. 6 months later and it’s still as good as when I picked it up. Can’t fault the van and clearly the preparation they go to. Will definitely just go straight to them next time I’m ready to change rather than waste time going to other dealers and wasting literally days of my time. Thanks all!

I brought an Audi A3 from this garage and the customer service was excellent from the salesman, John. The car was as described before I viewed it which he sent me in depth videos of the car before I went to view. Would recommend this garage to anyone and would consider using them again.
purchased a some what expensive van, 14 miles of fuel in the tank when collected, with them full well know i was travel from 4 hours away to collect, a ridiculous wheel wobble at 45mph , a week after get stranded due to a duff battery, to now be 4 month later to needing a 4 piece clutch kit,
so tried over 50 times to contact this so called “gold” warranty company, don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails, app doesn’t work, website don’t work
will definitely never use them again and would strongly hesitate before you make a purchase.

Purchased a L200 to improve my business and some piece of mind.
After 1 week the car needed 2 new belts, the team were helpful in this process but I was without a car for a day.
Next issue is the stereo system which works now and then. Mitsubishi need the car in to investigate further.
This car was £19,000 and came with warranty so I thought I would have some peace of mind and time to be car problem free and focus on my business.
The next issue was the DPF FAULT, I was told this MAYBE down to short journeys however I work 80 miles away mainly motorway driving being done.
A oil change and filters had to be done plus another £100 if the garage would clear the fault. Or £220 with without this.
Silly my thinking WARRANTY would be my peace of mind but I'm afraid it's for me to pay.
I'm now driving a car with a DPF warning and a usb stereo issue.
I'm starting to feel I should have kept my landrover and not spend a days travel to buy such car.
Garage have been helpful but after such issues in a few weeks of buying the car I feel more consideration should be shown
3 days the car has been in garage and still issues unless I pay and hire a car to give my car in to investigate further.
I'm now thinking what next
I asked about taking the car back but offered £4000 less as a trade in depending on condition of the car.
Buying my new van was an easy experience, it was delivered promptly and communication was excellent. I did experience a few issues with the van after delivery (not the garages fault), but a quick phone call to Zed and all was sorted and in hand without quibble.
Honestly exceptional customer service, friendly and thoughtful staff who bent over backwards to get everything sorted for something I was imagined would be a nightmare.
Would highly recommend using them and if I ever need a new van I know who I am going to for my next one.
My experience at time motors was outstanding. My vehicle was in pristine condition, I would recommend them to everyone I know as the team was very helpful and going above and beyond for me. I hope to see you guys in the future for my next vehicle.

Buying the van was easy. Within 2 weeks I was able to collect. Thats unfortunately where all the Pro's end.
At handover they handed me a warranty policy, since they don’t have their own workshop. The 6 months "gold" warranty covers very little. If I'd have seen that before purchase, I'd have opted for a garage that can handle warranties themselves. I carried on with a benefit of the doubt.
After driving less than a week, I had a clutch pedal that stuck down, and noticed someone had removed a roof rack leaving the holes in the roof exposed, causing the backs of the seats to grow mould. These are issues that should have been picked up on vehicle prep. After speaking with the garage back and forth, I managed to get the caps for the roof rack 2 months later. The sticking clutch was not something the garage would help with.
After 3 months of ownership the DPF light came on. Seeing this excluded in the warranty document I called them up to see if they would support. Surprise surprise they would not. I paid out of my own pocket for a regeneration and oil change. This fixed the issue for another 2 months. On the 5th month the light came back and Time Motors have advised that they will not be supporting the repair. For a £15K, 5 year old van that’s covered less than 10K in my ownership, I think this is appalling. Why would I have to foot the £1200+ bill?
It's worth pointing out the "Gold" 6 month warranty they are giving has a claim limit of £500. Which if you know much about cars/vans will cover very little. More like comedy gold...
All in all, if you get a van through these guys and you don’t have any issues. You're going to have a 5 star experience. If you do find yourself with a problematic van, unfortunately your going to receive the 1 star treatment.

My experience of buying a second hand van from Time Motors was great. They accommodated me after hours due to the distance I travelled getting stuck in traffic. I experienced problems with the van within the first couple of days of collecting and the warranty didn’t cover suspension arms however Time motors paid our local garage to fix the problem. Efficient and great communication. I would recommend even after experiencing problems.

Time Motors have left me in £3055.46 worth of debt! Beware - there is no warranty cover!
On 23rd March 2023, I bought a Mercedes Sprinter from this company that supposedly provides 12 months ‘gold’ warranty.
I travelled from Cornwall to collect the van. They were fully aware of this and the fact that I wanted all details of the van to be given accurately as it was such a long journey.
I arrived and they took me for a run-through of the vehicle. Everything seemed to be very honest - a few minor tiny scratches on the bumper and rear. The van was working as they described so I went ahead and bought it for the asking price of £25,182.
I drove it off the forecourt and got on to the motor way. 10 minutes in, I turned the heater on and it wasn’t blowing hot air. A side lamp fault came on exactly the same time. I rang the garage and drove back immediately. I explained the problem to the salesman, who jumped in the van said, “The engine just needs to be warmed up for them to work.”
By this point, I had been driving for 30 minutes - I explained this to the salesman, so he drove the van to a garage and tried to find the fault.
2 hours of waiting later, he come back and said, “It needs a new stepper motor - should be an hours labour to fix. As for the lamp, there seems to be a fault so if you take the van to your local garage and get it fixed, we will cover it. I have written down all details.”
Happy with the agreement, I drove 5 hours home - a massive regret. I now wish I had never trusted what he had told me.
On the way home, the wipers wouldn’t turn off at all and no one at Time Motors answered the phone because it was later in the evening.
Once I arrived home, I went to my local Mercedes dealer. I received a quote for the work that the salesman had told me needed to be done. I rang the salesman with the quote, and got very rude and basically told me that I can’t use this garage, I need for find somewhere cheaper because they can’t cover the bill.
In the end, Mercedes themselves couldn’t fix the fault. It needed further diagnostic testing by an electronic specialist. At this point, I’m absolutely terrified as I’m losing days of work and I’m left with a £547.20 bill from the Mercedes dealership for labour - a cost which the salesman and Time Motors refused to cover, despite telling me to take the van to a garage and they would reimburse me.
48 hours of owning the van, I opened the driver door and the side wing had become loose. I looked under the door and noticed a huge crack in the door with dents. The side wing had been sprayed and put back together with a broken bracket! There was no sign of this damage in any of the van’s history or paperwork, or mentioned when purchasing the van. I rang Time Motors again and they ignored my phone calls continuously until the following day.
When I finally got through, I explained the issue and asked about the 12 month ‘gold’ warranty that the van was advertised as coming with. The salesman said, “What do you expect in van that’s done 80 thousand miles? You can either bring the van back so we can fix it all or take it to local, responsibly priced garage and we will cover it.”
So, again, I believed them and shopped around, bearing in mind I’m taking days off work now to get the van sorted. I finally found a local garage that was responsibly priced and got all the issues resolved. It has taken over 2 months to get it all sorted!
The van needed the following:
- Find and fix wiring issue and diagnose and fit new stepper motor in dash then reprogramme the cabin mixer tap then replace the wiper stalk
- calibrate then remove damaged wing and repair then repair paint work
- fit wing and straighten brackets
- Re fit door cards that had become loose
- CONTROL UNIT/Wiper Stalk
- Cabine Stepper Motor MA000
- Paint Supplies
- Plus labour costs
I called Time Motors with the final invoice and they ignored me until I had called 20 times. The final bill was £2,508.62 and they have refused to pay any money towards it.
They said that the managers have decided not to provide any payment towards the van, despite already agreeing to on the phone and in person.
Time Motors have left me in a total debt of £3,055.46.
I now have no choice but to seek legal advise and put a small claims case against this company. I have also notified a bailiff company. It is disgusting what financial state they have left me in. Avoid this company at all costs!

The vehicles have proved reliable and I’ve been fortunate in not having to make any warranty claims.
