total scam avoid at all costs , album i ordered never arrived, they have no website now and no way to contact them, currently awaiting my refund from paypal

I bought some scales from them as a present for my son-in-law. It arrived in a badly damaged packaging and with the full name and address of the previous customer who had returned it on the packaging. I emailed them and did received a reply saying that as it was unused it was fine. They clearly hadn’t checked it on return and now they are blanking me completely. Disgraceful company. As others have said DO NOT USE!

Terrible, terrible company.
They lie and try to confuse you, they won't accept they sold to you and refuse or make it difficult to return items. Their return guarantee is worthless.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, since then I haven’t even received tracking information
They keep fobbing off my emails with bot generated emails and the online shop has disappeared from the shop app, I’ve made a claim back through my bank as they are clearly scammers
Do not order from them

I ordered a scale from timemore on the 31st of December, and three weeks later, I have still not received it, and after I wrote to their customer service email 4 times , I received late responses, which I’m quite sure are AI generated and meaningless:

“Thank you for your patience.
We are still waiting for the results of the investigation, so we are unable to process your refund at this moment.
We apologize for any inconvenience we caused.”

Caveat emptor! Defective product. Worst customer service. They make it nearly impossible to return so that buyers will just give up and chalk it up to a loss. No resolution for me, but I’m trying to spare others. Do not purchase from Timemore!

Faulty product and now support is ghosting me.

I bought the timemore 078s and the product is giving a not normal sound when grinding. I have tested everything on the burrs but there is no support from customer service. They stopped answering my emails when they realised that the product was faulty and have done nothing to rectify the issue.

What an absolute work of art.
I almost feel like I need to buy another so I can keep this as a testament to a beautiful engineering design realised.
The only negative I have is the nice bag that is provided to store it in, for me a stand showing it off would be more appropriate.
I work in engineering and have manufactured parts/assembly’s for top end hi-fi equipment amongst other things and the attention to detail in the manufacture in this product is first class.
It might sound a bit extreme but I am so excited to own a product that looks and feels like this.
The sound and feel of the removal of the ground coffee repository is sooo sweet I could spend all day removing and replacing.
People who are not involved in design or manufacture may not appreciate what they have as all it actually does is grind a coffee bean.
I have not actually used it to grind any beans but I know from the attention to detail in the manufacture that I will find the correct settings to make my perfect coffee.
This review might seem a bit false and over the top but I can assure you that I had actually never heard of this brand before yesterday when I placed the order.
Like a lot of my purchases I did extensive research and this kept cropping up in positive reviews.
I had started my search looking at electric grinders at around £60 but I couldn’t find anything that would grind the bean properly and then I came across this and I knew I had to have it.
Tomorrow morning I am going to have to get it dirty and if I am not impressed I will post an update.
Can I finish with a thank you to Timemore for making such a beautiful well made product, I expect it will last a lifetime and will wear well with age.

Flaw in design of their button on the Sculptor grinders.
They have a supply of new buttons but apparently only if you buy from an authorised seller (how should a customer know that!?) will they send you one.

It’s a design/manufacturer issue why should the seller (authorised or otherwise) be held responsible for their error.

Pre-ordered in jan, expected shipping date was end of march/April. Now it's June and it's still not shipped but In-Stock in the store for a month already. I guess they want to sell it for the regular price instead of shipping the items they already sold months ago with a pre-order discount

I placed an preorder to get a €100 discount for the sculptor 78. I noticed after that it was an EU plug but I’m based in Ireland and we use a UK plug here. Simple change so I emailed to ask if they could send the UK plug variant. They cancelled and refunded my order and now I can’t get it for the same price.

This is really annoying because I paid for this on a Xmas bonus Mastercard and now I came use those funds to pay again even if I was willing to pay €100 extra. The order should not have been cancelled without asking me first. Really poor service… and this is my first time trying to deal with Timemore.

Sadly their "scale" for measuring coffee brewing is overcomplicated and does not the job. The stopwatch has a back countdown which you have to honour otherwise starting to pour earlier it does not measure brew. If you lift your brew equipment (e.g. give it a shake or spin) it stops the stopwatch and sometimes the scale even resets. It makes it useless to work with this coffee scale. Sadly utterly disappointed!
