At this point, we want to make this right for you. You have two options:

• Or we can issue a full refund for the missing item immediately

We’ve had some unexpected delays in fulfillment over the past few months that unfortunately impacted a number of orders, including yours. That said, you should not have had to follow up multiple times or receive unclear tracking information — that’s on us.

Regarding your refund request: we understand that at this point, a partial refund is not appropriate. We will be issuing a full refund (100%) for your order immediately.
You will receive a confirmation once this has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
