Timeless Songs took my memories and my realities and created a song for my husband that is so beautiful and so special that he cried when he heard the lyrics. He wrapped me in his arms and just kept saying "Thank you" and " how on earth did you do that?" He told me it was the most creative and special gift anyone has ever given him!

I had seen several people giving this gift to their spouses on FB and knew I had to make my husband one for his birthday.. And it is Perfect! Haven’t given it to him yet..his birthday is coming up

I saw their ad and thought this would be a unique 50th wedding anniversary gift to my husband. The process was quite easy. Followed their prompts and told our story. The proofing was easy and everything fell into place. When I got our song, I was blowen away. Very professional and sounded great. I also ordered the wall art, and that process was easy as well, once I understood how a QR code works. LOL. Thank you Timelesssong. Job WELL done. Customer service and communication, was outstanding.

Amazing! I’m so impressed with how the song came to life, our life! I tried to put everything that was important about my husband in the notes and she hit a home run! The more information you give them, the better the song is going to be authentic to them. I’m so glad I took the chance because I was a bit nervous spending that much money. Totally worth EVERY dollar!

It's not always easy to express yourself in words but timeless song makes it a lot easier. Everything is very quick and easy and I loved the finished product. I definitely recommend.

I’m very disappointed because we were so close. But there were a few lyric changes only that needed to be done. But every time they changed one word, the music changed, in some places the entire melody changed, and the end of the song used different chords. I was completely satisfied with the instrumentation and melody until the lyric changes. I’m talking ONE word changes like from the word me changing to the word us. I was told they have no control over the music and melody changes when a lyric is changed. So the song I loved, I no longer love. Unlimited edits are useless if you can’t leave in what we love about it. They have also stopped really trying to make it right. I might hear from them every two days and then not much headway. They have the potential but need how to learn to keep what they send you with only the change you ask for. I hated to leave this neutral review.

You people did an excellent job on the song I requested. My wife and I absolutely loved the song 🎵 and everything was in the song that I asked to have put in. If anyone thinks about these people doing a song for them don't even hesitate. They do a perfect job. I'm so glad I had them do it. I thank you people very much. My wife said it made her day. I wanted a memorial song for my best friend that passed five years ago. I gave details of him and our things we shared and our time together. My grandbabies names that he loved so much. Even sent in how to say his name. They made a song to sound like he was my husband and they were our young children. They also mispronounced his name. I sent an email immediately to ask why they mispronounced his name when I sent the correct way and it’s been five day with nothing other than advertising from them. Highly disappointed. His name isn’t hard to say, it sounds like denim.

Song was pretty good but the customer service is horrible. They say the customer owns the song but don't offer a way to download the raw track. They trap you into purchasing a way to permanently save it or only share a link to the song. I have written to them three times asking how I can download the song and they won't reply.
