Whatsapp help is priceless!
Personal help on WhatsApp so I could select the exact look I wanted. Pictures and videos of tile samples before being dispatched shows that they are a company that understands the customer's needs. Pricing and quality are also brilliant.

Poor company policy
I received the order and only opened it after 2 weeks as that’s when I started the project. After checking them I have noticed one pack which contained 4 tiles were damaged/broken and the company did not help with a replacement, they said there is nothing they can do as it went outside of the claim window. 2 stars for the policy of the company as I don’t believe they can expect us checking the tiles upon arrival considering that they are packed and very heavy. Also the damaged pack was in the middle of the pallet.
Update to the response from Tile Topia as I cannot add comment. According to Consumer Rights 2015, customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange if products are in unsatisfactory condition, more specifically as I received the items are damaged and noticed within 30 days of receiving them. As I was still within 30 days of receiving them, the company broke the law by not providing me full refund for damaged items within 30 days.

Our claims timeframe exists so we can work promptly with our delivery partners, as damage reported later can unfortunately be difficult to verify. That said, we appreciate your perspective and understand that immediate inspection isn’t always practical.
We genuinely regret that we were unable to assist further on this occasion, and your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue to review and improve our customer experience
