Tiles & Stone Direct Anmeldelser

We purchased tiles for our bathroom, the showroom has an excellent choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Great service and quality was excellent

I actually did not intend to buy the product from this supplier as I thought they did not stock it. Turns out they did and better quality than my original one I wanted

Fabulous!!!!! Great people, great service x

Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to find what I needed

Excellent staff. We visited a number of times and each time, they were knowledge and helpful

I have just ordered all my tiles and fittings from Tiles and Stone. Freya was extremely helpful through the whole process making many suggestions to help the process along and also to help us save money. Her knowledge is amazing with regard to all their products and she is so helpful and courteous making the process easy. I would recommend Tile and Stone in Chelmsford to anyone who is thinking of giving their bathrooms an uplift or refurb. Thank you Freya, we will definitely be back for our next project 😄.

Your sales assistant, Freya, was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, honest and constructive in her ideas. Made the whole process of choosing bathroom fittings and tiles much easier for us. Thank you.

Freya was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking for a very specific style of tile and she led us right to it. Scott also packaged the tiles up nicely so that they got home in one piece. 5 star service.

Very Patient while I was busy and then placed the slabs right to the place where we needed them

I received a follow up to an email I sent on a Sunday morning.
Very impressive.

Great advice, really quick service

What a pleasant experience buying tiles from these guys. Very attentive but not ‘pushy’, a good knowledge of the products and easy to deal with. All the staff are polite and helpful with good communication skills. I’ll be back for more great service

Very helpful on the phone and managed to supply a tile to match the ones in the house which was damaged, enabling me to repair the damaged tile to look like new, in a just moved into house 5 Star would use again.

Very good service and very helpful Thankyou ValerieDavies

Very helpful with my purchases and informative.
Would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality products from an independent who works for your business.

Excellent service. Sourced the tiles we wanted and stuck to delivery date.

Revised review. Initially I gave only 1 star as my tiles had never arrived - I was totally unimpressed. But, since then they've apologised by email, explained they'd missed my online order (not sure how that happened) and then telephoned to explain when my tiles will arrive. They are issuing a full refund to me as well as sending my tiles. The increase to 4 stars is for their customer service when something went wrong - it has been excellent.

I recently purchased some Listello chrome trims from Tile and stone Direct.
When they arrived they had been bent by FedEx during shipment.
I phoned Tile and Stone Direct and explained and by 12am the same day two replacements had been sent out.
Excellent customer service and the product was first class!

I will be using them again.
