Wonderful experience
We bought the wall tiles for our bathroom from Tiles and Stone Direct and couldn't rate them highly enough. We're so indecisive but they offered opinions, did a visual AI generated image for us so we could picture the tiles in situ. All staff very friendly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Excellent Customer Service from Freya
I would highly recommend Tiles and Stone Direct. We were assisted by Freya W. who was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish we received amazing customer service, she helped us pick the tiles for our bathroom projects and also our new kitchen and family room. She was incredibly patient, gave excellent design advice, has an eye for detail and her ideas and guidance were invaluable to us. Thank you so much Freya, we will definitely be coming back! Five stars for you *****.
