A brilliant experience
A brilliant experience, James and the team are extremely knowledgeable and it was well worth the drive up to Reading. Delivery was quick and after sales help was so good. Getting a kitchen refit and the only items that went perfectly was the tiles and service from Tilefair.

Nick at Warmley branch was so helpful he helped me work out how many tiles i needed and even helped me to my car nothing was too much trouble and he was so warm and friendly would def return!!

Tileflair Reading Brilliant Staff
Visited the Reading branch on Friday. Marcus was an absolute star with his knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. After 3 days of looking everywhere I actually came out smiling, he actually cheered me up as I was getting despondent.

I had recently been visiting family in Bristol and decided to pop into Tileflair in Warmley for a bit of inspiration for my bathroom at home . The staff were very helpful and right on hand, I got chatting to Lee and Mark who were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with politeness and confidence. Tileflair Gloucester - Paul & Aaron
I’ve been dealing with Paul and Aaron at Tileflair for years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Out of all the tile shops I’ve come across, this is the only one I stick with, simply because they’ve always gone above and beyond. They’re friendly, helpful, and know their stuff inside out, which makes the whole process so much easier. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always make sure you get exactly what you need.
Over the years, they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and genuinely great people to deal with. You can tell they really care about their customers, and that’s why I keep coming back. Can’t fault them at all – if you need tiles, Paul and Aaron are the guys to see.
