Don't believe the reviews... the app is meh at best but the organization behind it is absolutely horrible.
Like many people I got caught by their short trial that you can't cancel. Got charged then there is no way to reach them. You try to reach them via their chat on their website (no feature for that on the app) and no one is ever there and they say they will email you but no one ever does.
On top of that the app doesn't really work. For a reminder app it never sends any reminder notifications and randomly signs itself off and you have to log back in to get it to work again, which it never does because the point of a reminder app would be to send reminder notifications.
Yes another "technology" company that is inept and can't do basic things like communicating. Hiding behind contactless web pages so they don't have to deal with anything and most people will give up because it's not worth the hassle to fight to get your $30 back

Its almost impossible to cancel the subscription. My bank account has been debited for $60 but ive received no email pre or post debit. The app doesnt show anything of how to cancel, I cant find it on website. So much foe helping those with adhd.
Extremely disappointing

Bad news! I signed up for the free 7- day trial. When I tried to unsubscribe it was impossible. I tried through Apple. I tried through the website. I contacted the team. They took 10 days to respond to me and said they couldn’t find my account and then I was charged anyway. Do not trust this organisation.

Used the ADHD Chatter podcast discount and was really looking forward to this 'app'. THERE IS NO APP FOR ANDROID - currently only Apple? I feel completely mis-sold this is not an app at all it's just a website and I don't want to have to be looking at my desktop / laptop all the time from morning to night the whole point was convenience. Having put in a request, I have apparently been sent a refund.

It doesn't do what it says it will do. Fails to import whole to do list. Fail to save edits mde to appointments. Began speaking to me in another language so I couldn't tell which button to press then loses all the data and request made. This is the second time I've tried it and I've asked for a full refund. I am diagnosed ADHD and it's really not in the slightest helpful.

Very frustrating app. It’s probably great if you use it purely on your mobile, but not if you work mainly from a desktop.

Firstly, there’s no dictation facility — unlike ChatGPT, for example. You can try using Microsoft Speech-to-Text, but that’s unreliable and clunky, meaning you end up having to type everything manually, which isn’t ideal for me.

Secondly, while it does pull through your calendar into the mobile app, it can’t sync and display those appointments in the web browser. That makes it feel a bit pointless if you like to plan or view your schedule on a larger screen.

Finally, the lack of a rolling seven-day calendar is a major oversight, especially for neurodivergent users like myself who struggle with time awareness and forward planning. Being restricted to a Monday-to-Sunday view means the following week always sneaks up as a surprise — not exactly helpful for managing executive function.

In principle, Tiimo seems like a great idea. However, in practice, it needs several key improvements before it can be taken seriously as a true planning tool for neurodivergent people.

Very disappointed as I was excited over this.
