Bought an American fridge/freezer. Great. Just what we wanted and at a decent price. No faulting the product but the delivery was shocking. Arrived a week after advertised, then 5 hours after the supposed delivery time on the day. The delivery guys couldn't have been more unhelpful if they'd tried. Didn't apologise for the lateness. Didn't help in any way and unfriendly demeanour.

Ordered a tado heating pack and was worried it was going to arrive while on holiday. The website states it could take 2 weeks which I didn't read before orderingi I hadn't shopped here before but as I looked at reviews many said it was arriving fast and trustworthy. Called the number on the website and the person I spoke to took my details and checked into the delivery, said he would either upgrade postage to next day or put a hold until we were home depending where it was up to. Turns out they posted it already and it arrived on Monday morning (ordered Friday). Great service, great price on the product and customer service was brilliant considering it was my mistake. One change would be to add a tracking I go link so I could have seen what was happening myself.

I was looking for a pressure washer and placed my order with Tiedex. I was slightly puzzled as they seem to be a clothing company. My product arrived promptly, despite me missing first attemp by the courier to deliver. O unpacking the unit, I found a small, non- critical part to be broken. I advised Tiedex who arranged for the part to be supplied quickly, FOC. Great service all the way.

I bought a console table from Italy. Perfect Service in all aspects.

Fast delivery. Really helpful and rapid response to my email. Kept me well informed of delivery time. Cannot fault them.

Initially I was concerned as the price of the product was much cheaper than elsewhere and ordering it on Boxing Day meant I got an acknowledgment but no indication of when it would despatch but it arrived a couple of days ago well within the shipping time so I stressed for nothing!

Really poor service. In fact I’m still waiting for my product that I ordered over 3 months ago. No notification on delivery status or tracking.

Good product (what I requested!), good customer service and quick delivery. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Also living in the North of Ireland, a lot of companies now not able to offer UK - UK shipping without ridiculous extra costs, I came across Tiedex who found it possible to do across channel UK - UK for no extra costs!
Awesome communication and return emails / calls which seemed odd at first due to how the current world is, but it was real and genuine help.
Item arrived and I was informed every step.
Bravo!

I live in North of Ireland I tried a few companies regarding purchase and delivery of a pagola.
Most were not interested because of Brexit and new rules.
I contacted Tiedex they were more than helpfull and sorted everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend them

Delivery communication was poor which resulted in a failed first delivery attempt and took a few days for a 2nd attempt. Communication was much better on the 2nd attempt. Guys delivering were excellent - friendly, clear on what they had to do, happy to carry into where we wanted it, very positive.

Prompt delivery.......so looking forward to gifting it to my daughter for Christmas

This is a good company I ordered an airfryer from here and when it arrived it was faulty dident work properly but I knew its not thier fault because it was shipped from costco but I got in touch and they arranged an pickup for the parcel and then a few days later a new one came and it was perfect overall they're customers service is good.

My order arrived from Amazon where I found out the item was for sale £20 cheaper than price I paid Tiedex !!!

Received item within the anticipated time frame, delivered direct from manufacturers. One corner of boxed item had got wet and tore open, all parts were present, Can hardly blame Tidex this. Product appears to be fairly robust.

Only partial order delivered, but was immediately corrected when I emailed. Would use again. Good value.

There should be an information about the real DHL Express costs.
I think it would be a good idea to have a pre order, check real DHL costs for customer and let him accepts these cost before the order is finally done.

As it is clear, that is is not cheap to transport something across Europe, everyone is calculating with these cost, but they are very various amounts and the order is done without knowing exactly.

Could be better.

Everything else just worked fine.

Easy to order, speedy delivery and very pleased with the inversion table ordered.
