Brilliantly run event. Everyone was made to feel welcome. The only complaint I have was the wasn’t enough toilets for the amount of people there.

Really straight forward 10/10 experience would recommend for easy purchasing. Very convenient with options to pay through different mediums. Would use Ticketup again.

Bought tickets for an event at the BIC…
Bought tickets for an event at the BIC Bournemouth on the 21/03/2026. Went to download tickets on Saturday morning and the site would not let me log in. I sent many emails but no response as they don’t work weekends.
So I asked for a refund yesterday (23/04/26) but no response and again today and they finally replied saying no refunds full stop!! Even though it was a fault on their website.
Reply to your reply;
I have proof from email attempts that no password resets were received on Saturday 21/04/26 otherwise I would have gone and not have to write this review, it doesn’t make sense what you’re saying 🤷🏽♂️ I also have email proof of when you finally did send me the password reset on the on the 24/04/26 so stop trying to make out that your site did not have problem and cost me money and missing a good night out. So please do the correct thing and refund me please. It’s what any decent company would do if they made a mistake. Your reply was a blatant lie to make it look like I was some sort idiot who couldn’t navigate you’re faulty website.

Having looked into your account, we can see that the tickets were purchased on 25th February, over three weeks before the event, and that a password reset was completed and the reset link was clicked successfully on the morning of the event, which would have restored access to your tickets.
We're sorry if there was any confusion with the login process, and we'd have been happy to help you through it had we been contacted during our working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm).
As stated in our terms, we operate a no-refund policy on tickets, and this applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance. This is consistent with the wider ticketing industry.

Literally have nothing bad to say about the event was an amazing experience and the drinks were cheap compared to most places. All in all everyone smashed it. Would definitely go again if someone I know fights again
