Great experience with Ticketsource. Booked tickets for Othello at Grimsthorpe Castle in July but didn’t receive a confirmation or e-tickets. Contacted the Support Dept, who replied straight away, on a Sunday, to confirm that my email address wasn’t correct but all my details were available and they were able to amend my details and forward the e-tickets. The venue postponed our show on June 25 due to the heat alert. I got a timely email from Ticketsource to let me know this would be happening, and then a second email confirming the new date. As I couldn’t make the changed date I needed a refund; I contacted TicketSource to let them know this, got my refund within a couple of hours and an email to confirm this had been done. So much better than other ticketing service providers that make it almost impossible to contact them, and can be very slow (and require multiple requests) to sort out refunds.
