This site is a scam. They trick you into thinking you are on the vendors website. When I went to purchase my tickets they changed the date that I was purchasing to another date. I called them immediately when I got the confirmation email and they would not refund or transfer the date. When I asked to be escalated I was informed there is one else for me to talk to and then I was hung up on. This website tricks people and then screws them over.

Somehow got redirected to them from the official site and paid 100% premium over cost. Also no delivery of tickets and event date is approaching. Don't use them.

Horrible customer service, not responsive or willing to assist with tickets since they are a third-party distributor. I highly recommend staying far away from TicketsOnSale unless you want to pay lots of extra money, increase your stress level, and have multiple episodes of anxiety all for an event that is supposed to be fun and exciting. AVOID THIS COMPANY....

Ease of use in ordering tickets

It is a sophisticated fraud - they conveniently appear on Google search sponsored results and are pretending to be official ticket seller for "the Sphere" and sell super overpriced tickets that you would normally buy on Ticketmaster (official Sphere ticket seller) twice as cheap.

I was quoted two ticket for Diana Kroll concert in Vancouver on April 22nd 2026 for $470, in line with Ticket Master Prices, but I was charged $1,2063.28. This is daylight robbery. First time I bought any tickets from them and will never buy again.

This is the worst tickets sales platform, their prices are more than double than real honest platforms. I paid more then twice over the average market price on the website. Additionally, they charge me for an insurance on my tickets which o accepted when offered and now they don't want to honor the insurance saying I don't have insurance. Stay far Away fork ticketsonsale.com they are crooks and scammers. Pass out the word to all your friends and family

So first off I got tricked, went to what I thought was the venue website to buy tickets, but I guess it was a front website put up by Tickets On Sale, because the venue website would have linked me to an actual ticket retailer not this scam site. They sold me overpriced tickets, then said via an email that they sent my tickets in a separate email, and that my tickets have been transferred to me, but that email doesn't exist. Attempts to contact customer service consisted of a useless chatbot followed by a useless phone tree that deftly steered me out of talking to an actual person.

Buyer beware! They were selling tickets to a minor league baseball game for $40.50 per seat. The actual box office at the minor league baseball stadium was selling tickets at the same time for $9 per seat. And that's for basically the same seats!

If you are looking to throw away $31.50 (per seat) then feel free to send it to me! 😂

Didnt realize this was a reseller and not a valid seller and was charged double the price of the actual value of the tickets. They offer no refunds. Stay away.

My grandson's band was going to play at the Fox Theater in Oakland. So I went to the Fox's website and clicked on to purchase tickets. I was sent to Ticketsonsale. I saw that the seats were very expensive so I found 5 seats we could barely afford. They were in the upper balcony, way up. When I clicked onto purchase, I was sent to Ticketmaster to complete the transaction. The next day, I double checked myself and went directly to Ticketmaster. The same seats were less than half the price. I contacted Ticketsonsale and they couldn't or wouldn't do anything about it. Sooo Pissed!

Plutôt que de payer mes billets 175$ , ils m'ont chargée des frais impossibles , ils ont pris 390 $ en tout et je n'ai aucun recours. Mon service de carte de crédit ne veut rien faire, ils me disent que si je porte plainte, ils pourraient annuler les billets et garder mon argent! C'est incroyable!

Tickets did not arrive as "guaranteed". The customer service said I needed to track the ticket delivery and that there was nothing else they could do. I asked for a refund and he said per the terms and conditions they completed their responsibility. I've purchased a lot of tickets through many ticket brokers and have never had a worse experience. Never, Never, Never use TicketsOnSale. There are too many other brokers options that can deliver better service. After much effort I did receive a refund.

I purchased 2 tickets from this site for a concert in August at the Greek Theatre. After purchase, I was advised I would receive the tickets 24 hours prior to the concert. The next day days I received an e-mail stating another e-mail sent that day had additional instructions how calm the tickets. I never received that e-mail. I contacted Ticketsonsale's bot and live customer service agent, who told me they might resend the e-mail in 3-4 and that I might have to wait 24 hours before the concert (today 3/23/26 - concert 8/19/26) before I could get confirmation. I have contacted my credit card company regarding possible fraud. I'll find out in 6-7 days what will occur.

When I asked for a refund they told me it was credit to my account and account that is no longer active so I asked when it bounces to send it to my PayPal I called them a week after they told me that it bounced and they sent it to my PayPal I would see it in 8-10 days week and a half later there is no refund and I was told it didn’t even bounce yet and they never sent it to my PayPal they lied and told me one thing and they didn’t even follow through

Scam site. Do not use. They overcharge and are vague about the details. They also charge US dollars to Canadiuan customers withouit telling them upfront - driving the prices up even further. I recieved $150 tickets and they charged $375. Avoid at all costs

Worst experience ever. Hold the money for five months but cannot confirm the tickets. Still don't know. Talked to someone on the contact phone number and told me that was my risk. Cannot contact them through a website nor register until I receive a to set up a log on for the tickets. Will never use them again. Will tell all the people I can not to use them.
