Timely customer service
I have used the service before and the process was easy to use, and understand. On my most recent purchase the tickets did not make it into the Ballpark app. An email to TFL's customer service and 10 minutes later, issue solved. Refreshing to see a company prioritizing customer service.

A tad frustrating!
I received an email yesterday informing me that my tickets for BOS vs. MIL were in Ballpark. I tried numerous times to load them and move to Wallet. Finally I had to call and it was explained to me BOS doesn’t release the tickets until 48 hours before the game.
