Impeccably bad service
After a good start with my first brand new Hyundai, my second one had a fault after just 12 months. I was repeatedly ignored, told there was no issue, and then made to wait months at a time to get appointments only to find out the now 18 month old car needed a new clutch plate. After complaining to Hyundai UK I got an appointment within 1 week, not the 9 weeks that Thurlow Nunn promised was the only available option. My complaint email directed to the branch in Northampton is yet to receive a response after several weeks. Meanwhile I've received many marketing emails inviting me to sales events and telling me how amazing they are. The only decent person at this company is the girl on the service desk reception who could do better at any other workplace than this. I 100% do not recommend Thurlow Nunn OR Hyundai.

Unprofessional After-Sales – Missing Service Records & Ignored Emails
I purchased a Hyundai Approved Used vehicle (Reg: EF23CZR) from Hyundai dealer.
Despite having a physical stamp in my service book for a service carried out at this branch on 06/08/2025 at 19,511 miles, the dealership failed to upload the service to the Hyundai Digital Service Record (DSR) system. Since Spirit Hyundai has now changed ownership, I contacted the dealership several times after the transition to have this corrected, supplying photographic evidence of their own service stamp, but received no meaningful response.
A complete digital history is a requirement for maintaining the Hyundai 5-Year Warranty and was one of the main reasons I chose to buy an “Approved Used” vehicle from a franchised Hyundai dealer. It is extremely concerning that a main dealer could neglect such a basic administrative responsibility, especially when it may affect a customer’s warranty coverage and future resale value.
While ownership may have changed, customers should still expect continuity, accountability, and proper record management. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing an Approved Used vehicle to independently verify that all servicing has actually been uploaded to Hyundai’s DSR system rather than relying solely on stamps in the service book.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Norwich South was cracking because of the absolutely brilliant service from Ayman from start to finish when I bought my Mercedes C250.
After a stressful experience trying to sell my previous car, Ayman made the whole process straightforward, honest and pressure-free. He kept me updated throughout, answered every question properly and genuinely went out of his way to help get the deal done.
Nothing felt forced or like a typical sales pitch. Just good communication, transparency and great customer service. Even after collection he still checked in to make sure everything was okay.
Really pleased with the car and the overall experience. Credit to Thurlow Nunn and highly recommend speaking to Ayman if you're looking for a car.
