Booking process was extremely easy. Confirmation was immediate. I also asked support via email , the response was immediate also. Keep up yhe good job

As you be expected we were sceptical…

As you be expected we were sceptical about the site. We wanted 4 tickets for gold coast SeaWorld on the morning we were going.
Did an in agent chat on the website we saw it was UAE based to ensure they would send the tickets in time. They answered and confirmed they would and we got the tickets within 15 minutes.

Scam

Firstly, I didn't think the price had been displayed as US dollars; I didn't notice that until after I had paid, which I feel is deceptive.
The second issue was the ticket didn't get posted until after I was at the park. I had to buy a ticket at the gate to get in, which completely defeated the point of buying online. The whole experience was a scam. I wasted my money with Thrillark.

Our team operates on UAE working hours, which unfortunately led to a delay in assisting you in time for your visit. We completely understand how this impacted your experience and led to the need to purchase another ticket at the gate.

It was my First Booking..

It was my First Booking... a Good Experience.

But yes, It does create confusion with timings

I booked the Zoo with Cafe for 28th May

It came with Timing 12:00 am... And that frankly was rather unnecessary

It actually confused me to think that there was some night plan auto-booked erroneously

And I had to repeatedly check if there were any night activities at that time or I was making a mistake or getting the wrong ticket.

Else... it was kool

Six Flags Eid Holiday

I was able to make a booking the day before during eid holiday and had no issues. The ticket arrived next morning and I went straight to guest services to get my fast passes.
