Hi I am Clare and the founder of the popular Threads4U Facebook group. This is my new online web shop which I founded in the Summer of 2023 to serve my fabulous community of like-minded stitchers. I want to offer the best value online threads, fabric and other stitchy accessories direct to your door and I very much hope you enjoy what I have to offer. I currently specialise in the gorgeous cross stitch and embroidery threads from DMC, fantastic Zweigart fabric and Sullivans and John James Needles and many more too. I am based in Endmoor, Cumbria and have been a stitcher for many years. I support my community not only through contributions, ideas and some of my own work for inspiration but also by bringing like minded people together across the UK to help each other. I offer the lowest prices for high quality products and ensure that they are delivered direct to your door as affordably as possible. The Threads4U community is growing quickly, already achieving hundreds of members in a short time and I look forward to bringing you a wider range of fantastic stitchy products as things take shape. I really appreciate you visiting my site, taking the time to browse what I offer and encourage you to join our friendly groups online (Facebook and Instagram). Recent new brands now stocked: Weeks Dye Works Classic Colorworks Cottage Garden Threads Nurge Pip and Chip Bohin ......

Thank you for taking the time to place your review. Your order was not for 2 skeins, it was for 1 spool of Sulky. This is in transit and on its way for you the tracking link for this is https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/QG567851516GB
I do say in the Terms and Conditions that deliveries can take up to 10 working days and this seems to be the case with your package for which I'm sorry.
I've called Royal Mail this morning and they are going to contact the local Mail Centre to push for your package to be out for delivery ASAP.
If I can help further please email contact@threads4u.co.uk
