Seems like they have a lot of potential, but I ordered 6 bags from them on Oct 27, and I *still* don't have them three months later. My company's holiday promotion that I ordered them for has long since come and gone. And this is even after they made me choose a different color because the one I paid for was unavailable. I've asked for refunds twice now, as I no longer need these, but I'm told that's not according to policy.

In a different order, they messed up my logo by using completely wrong colors, and their offers to fix it included that I could keep it for 50% or mail it back for free to get patches sewn overtop! Yikes!

Took my money still no product. Next call to my lawyer!

Don’t waste your time or money. I spent $660 on 4 Carhartt items customized with my company logo and they misplaced the logo, sizing was wrong and now I’m stuck in its $660 of garbage

My experience with customer service has been great. Turn around times are comparable to other companies who provide similar services. The quality of the products and the workmanship was great. We're very happy with our experience and will continue to order from Threadfellows.

Very friendly and helpful with all the last-minute changes and the one jacket we forgot. Would definitely order from here again.

I ordered product from this company and was lucky to get a refund. The reviews ring true. They are rude, condescending in response via customer service and I'm not exactly sure how they will continue to stay in business. If you're reading this review- I would suggest to take a moment and find another company. There are plenty of others out there that offer the same brand options and a much better quality product and customer service experience.

Ordered for a fundraiser for a wonderful organization. Over a month later and I never received my order. Contacted customer service who blamed the organization for the slow service. Several emails later and pushed ship dates later, they stopped responding altogether. I had to file a dispute with my card company for the merchandise not received and get my refund. This company and their customer service is horrible.

Super slow. Two personalized items arrived effective. Tried calling, emailing, no response. Do not reccommend.

The execution and shipping were extremely slow! I had the artwork approved first week of December after waiting 10 days for them to finally get to that point. Then I didn’t receive any of the articles until 19th of January. They were short by six shirts and didn’t even care to let me know before they were shipped that they screwed up six of the shirts. I had to order them somewhere else! Will never use them again.
