The website is a scam. I ordered an electronic item, and was purchased via Pay Pal. But there were no email receipts of the item. But I was charged. I have emailed Thoustar multiple times. But despite the reply email stating that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, no one has contacted me yet. It is really frustrating!

My order was never received . I tried several times via email to reach out. Still unresolved . I do not undetstand the disregard of my four(4) emails .

Everything is really suspicious. I was searching for a Wisdom health product for dogs. i found on 4 website, for fashion, nice prices. So i opened all 4 of these pages...and all of them look so similair, have the same descriptions and at least two of them have the same address...All of the pages have a High Rate at scam advisor, because of good reviews from people, that they made even on the same dates. The bad reviews are on different dates...the names of the pages are thoustar, itgaps, boudt and rentalsace... My searching results are actually enough for me, to really have a bad feeling to this site. This experience is already enough for me, NOT to buy anything from this page and differnt bad reviews are saying actually the same..i would be careful. Thats all

I ordered a electric scooter of this site and i used paypal and it sent me a email saying i sent the money to hannah neveman and after 4 days the item hasent shipped i am really disappointed in this

I got scammed! This site has been compromised or is a fake. I ordered an item that I know I will never get. The scammer somehow uses an old email from PayPal to make it look legitimate. If you pay for it with Visa or Mastercard it will send you what looks to be a receipt from Paypal with no way to report it as fraudulent to PayPal because it was not actually purchased through PayPal. The seller shows up as Roland Lawrie. Don’t fall for it!

This site is only used for a scam. You will never see anything you order or your money. Your payment goes to the name Joshua Booth, which is sure is not real. PayPal and the states attorney are now looking into this. Hopefully they will be able to work this back to the scammer.

On September 19th I purchased a Med Massager from this site. I used PayPal to complete the transaction. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. The only contact information on on PayPal was and email address. I've emailed them three times and have not received any response back in trying to find a resolution. In my last email I've requested my money back. The money went into the account of one Shirley Conger and not the website business name. It leaves me to believe I've been scammed out of the money for a Medical Massager I need to treat a lymphadema health condition
I have,and my doctor suggested I buy this item. I'm very disappointed to say the least.

This is definitely a scam site. You cannot get a hold of anyone even if you try they processed my order immediately or should I say they processed my payment immediately and I never heard anything again buyers beware

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I placed an order and did not receive any confirmation. I have emailed them several times requesting confirmation and all I get is an automated response saying they'll get back to me. It's been a week now and nothing. SCAM.
