Thompson Cigar Company Anmeldelser

The cigars were delivered promptly and in good shape. I have no criticisms of the service or with agents.

The one criticism I have involves the “Vegas” cigars I received. They have a very hard draw. I have had to stick a heavy gauge wire down through the cigar to open it up to get an easier draw.

Just thought that you should know as a dealer.

Had 2 orders, several 5 pack orders, great. The Drew Estate 6 5 pack in a box not so great. I didn’t realize the there were flavored cigar packs. Yuck, in the trash, guess I didn’t read the fine print.

Charlie is the best

This is a very easy process to do.
Easy way to order cigars

.

All of the cigar packs were nice and fresh except for El Carrillo- they were quite dry. A little disappointed in that but the rest were good

I get good cigar from Thompson. Good worker help.

Easy to order. Delivered right on time. Very convenient.

I was talked into buying a 40 pack of Lansdale cigar mixture because my normal brand was out of stock. Unfortunately, these are the worst cigars I’ve ever tried to smoke. They don’t draw and or produce any amount of good smoke. I may just have to throw them all away. So I called Thompson and they were generous to give me a refund. I appreciated the way Thompson handled the situation. Thank you.

Every time I reach out to them for something they always deliver.

A good selection of cigars made easily available with the convenience of online shopping. The prices are competitive and the samplers offer price discounts and a variety tastes.

I first bought Vincent Sinclair double shot samplers witch come in a glass tube, I really enjoyed them, I took some to a barbecue that I was invited to and I shared them with some experienced cigar smokers and they all enjoyed them! I was asked where I bought and I replied Thompson Cigars, a few of them looked up the company on their phones and ordered some.

Received on time and the product was good as advertised!

Good cigars. Good price. Fast ship

Excellent cigars, good value as well.
I do spend a little more to ship with UPS because USPS in Atlanta doesn’t have a good track record here( count on two-three extra days to get your package.

I called to cancel the order placed on August 16th, and I was assured that the representative would contact the warehouse to stop the shipment of the order made on August 15th. It is now August 20th, and I have received no confirmation or updates. I have no idea if the order was successfully canceled or if it has already been shipped. I am very frustrated by this lack of communication.

Receive my order and was extremely happy.
Keep up the the excellent service
