Sticking to some unreliable data to block my email address, one of a very good customer, is a poor choice, at best. At least Music Store Professional un-blacklisted my server, which I have used without issue for over 3 decades. Not only that, but they are refusing to refund me for a defective product.
Go elsewhere to purchase if you are a professional musician, as I am.

Hatte mir einen billigen Bass der Hausmarke Harley Benton als Drittbass bestellt, der mit einem mangelhaften PickUp geliefert wurde. Auf meine Reklamation wurde umfassend und super schnell per Mail und telefonisch reagiert, die Rücknahme des Instruments oder wahlweise die Zusendung neuer PickUps angeboten. Bester Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Und das Instrument: Unschlagbar für den Preis.

Ho effettuato diversi ordini dal Thomann e sono sempre stati puntuali ed anche le consegne (tranne una che è stata affidata a UPS che nella mia Città, Vibo Valentia - Italia, non funziona per il pessimo comportamento degli incaricati alla consegna ed ho recuperato il pacco per puro caso..). L'ho fatto presente e Thomann che, da allora, mi spedisce gli ordini con DHL (nella mia città funziona perchè in Italia la consegna passa a SDA). Qualunque richiesta e/o domanda hanno sempre risposto in maniera molto professionale ed ho trovato dai dipendenti Thomann cortesia, gentilezza ad anche pazienza... Soddisfattissimo!!!

Fui hoje ao ponto de entrega e me informaram que a DHL esteve lá ontem, somente após eles pedirem, e que não lá desde o dia 16 de Janeiro. Fiz a compra na thomann no dia 05 de Janeiro, fazem 16 dias, no site a previsão é até 07 dias para entrega na minha casa e me pedem mais paciência... inacreditável!!! Se pelo menos vocês me dessem atenção e entrasse em contacto com a DHL... Mas parecem que tem coisas mais importantes a fazer do que dar atenção aos seus clientes, não somos tão importantes assim... vou reclamar na web e nunca mais compro com vocês.

Wish I'd read the other reviews before making a purchase. Quite how someone scored them as high as a 2 is hard to believe. Extremely poor customer service.

Compra efetuada no dia 21 de outubro.
O processo de compra e pagamento online foi muito simples e rápido.
A empresa processou a encomenda no próprio dia.
O problema desta empresa está na escolha dos parceiros de envio o que tornou a compra perfeita no maior pesadelo que se possa imaginar.
Neste caso o pior dos parceiros: A DHL que delega os seus serviços na DHL ecommerce.
A encomenda ficou parada nos armazéns desta empresa por semanas.
Primeiro andou a passear pela Alemanha de armazém em armazém só chegando a Portugal no dia 27 onde ficou parada até ao dia 4 de Novembro.
Pelo caminho recebi notificações de entregas que não aconteceram, vindas da thomann e da DHL.
Contactar a thomann é um pesadelo, somos encaminhados para um chatbot que não faz mais do que reproduzir informação que já obtivemos através do tracknumber que está sempre desatualizado e contactar a DHL é ainda mais impossível porque ninguém atende os telefones.
Resultado: fiz a compra com antecedência suficiente para uma festa programada no dia 1 de Novembro e ela chega no dia 4.
A cereja no topo do bolo é que apesar de ter pago á thomann o valor dos portes de envio tive que ir levantar a encomenda a um ponto de recolha da DHL distante vários Kms de minha casa porque nem sequer se deram ao trabalho de a entregar no meu domicilio.
Fujam destas empresas é o que posso dizer!

Terrible support when returning equipment for repairs. I have sent an amplifier back 3 times and they could not locate the fault. I asked them to call me on the 3rd time to discuss but they ignored my request.
Que dire , un sav qui parle dans le vide. Ne respecte pas ses clients , car n’assume pas la casse de ses colis à cause d’un transporteur peu ou mal attentionné Thomann c’est peut être bien quand on n’a aucun souci avec sa commande , mais si vous avez un souci , la couverture sera toujours tirée vers eux , ils préserverons leurs propres intérêts avant de s’intéresser aux autres. Orientez vous vers Amazon / woodbrass c’est bien mieux

Sobald etwas schief läuft, ist der Kundenservice unterirdisch! Meine bestellte Gitarre (1800€, um mal das Gewicht zu beschreiben, was mir am Magen hing) ist auf dem Weg verloren gegangen und ich wurde mit einer DHL Nachforschung abgespeist. Keine Kommunikation, keine Lösungsvorschläge, keine Übernahme der Verantwortung. Einfach Stille, auch nach Rückfrage meinerseits.
Ich habe dies in einer letzten Email kritisiert und eine Hand ausgestreckt, mit der Bitte, dass ich einen Lösungsvorschlag wünsche, wie wir das Thema für beide Seiten friedlich abschließen können.
Keine Reaktion! Auch dies ist ein Statement.

I’ve had several purchases from Thomann, but when something goes wrong they’re just not interested. In my case their delivery partner, DHL, ignored my delivery instructions and chose to place my parcel in a pile of snow next to my door on a main road. DHL did not perform, granted, but I paid my money to Thomann and so my contract is with them. It is up to them to open discussions with DHL, but they steadfastly decline to do so. What kind of customer service is that?
Don't let you fool by the reviews or prices, their customer service is a joke. I'm in Portugal, I sent back a 279€ item the 10th of October. They provided me a label to Lisbon and the package arrived safely in Lisbon the 15th of October. After that nobody knows what happened. The package is apparently lost, for some dumb reason they don't send you a label to Germany but to Lisbon, and their partner there have to send the item back to Germany. So basically they tell you what to do, they give you a label to Lisbon, and that's all you're suposed to do. But if for some unkown reason, their guys in Lisbon loose the package, they don't refund you!! Their excuse is that they didn't get the package. But how can I be responsbile for what their guys did in Lisbon? First they tell you to wait up to 4 weeks, and that's what I did. I contacted them today and they told me they have to open an investigation in order to refund me. But what have I to do with this "investigation"? I was told to ship to Lisbon and the package arrived there in 5 days, I did what I was supposed to do, why should I wait? What about this stupid investigation? They don't have a clue where the package is, it's 100% not my fault, and still they refuse to refund me! Unbelievable! So it's been now a month they seized me 279€, I was basically robbed.
Their customer service just repeat the same thing, "the investigation, the investigation". Do your investigation, do whatever you want but refund me first, since I have nothing to do with this problem and I did everything as I was told. So beware, they have a very dumb and bad customer service, don't trust them. Definitely buy somewhere else, there's plenty of on line store much more reliable than Thomann. Big companies like this are not to be trusted, cause they don't care at all about their clients, beware!
Os preços são optimos, mas o tempo de entrega é um ponto a melhorar.

I've bought a lot from Thomann. Firstly, if you buy using a VAT registered company it takes them forever. You put in an order and then if you're lucky a couple of days later they will send a VAT invoice which only then can you pay.
Because of this there's no point taking notice of the 'estimated delivery dates' on the Thomann.PT website because it takes them around three days to organise a courier.
I decided the other day to buy an item direct from their website to get it earlier and claim back the VAT later. I bought a guitar on Tuesday 28th - estimated delivery Wednesday 29th. Remember this is THEIR quoted delivery date, something they clearly use to get customers to buy 'oh it will be here by tomorrow'.
And this is the Portugal site so there's no excuse that that date is Germany only.
So they make up the shipping label at end of day on 28th, but by the time UPS actually has it in their possession, they're quoting delivery on 31st, that's four days not next day.
Now, UPS has 'updated' the delivery (in normal language delayed it by days) to Tues 4th Jan. Not even the Monday (even allowing for 31st being NYE).
I'm not in the Azores I'm in Lisbon, the capital, right in the city.
I really came to believe these 'get it by' dates are simply a ploy to get customers to buy items that then take at least a week to arrive. In fact, even excluding the slow turnaround days for VAT excluded purchases, I've never had anything actually shipped from Thomann arrive in less than a week from shipping date, and NEVER ever on the day they quote, not even close to that date.
This is super cynical marketing. Just put the actual date by which the average item shipped will be received. Then we can make our own minds up whether to buy from you or from your competitors.
Thomann gets 2 stars because their prices are good, but I will try and find alternative sites to buy in the future.
