The email notifications from this site have no unsubscribe link anywhere I can find. Not in the footer, not in the headers. To stop receiving them I had to log in, find the notification settings, and turn off every category one by one. Took ten minutes to locate. An unsubscribe link is a legal requirement in most places, by the way.

It would be best to reduce the price of credits . Not everyone can afford to spend that much to be able to chat with a person they come to love. The fact that they have to spend 5000 credits to get in touch againMaybe If you think about your customers, not just your pocket, you will have many more customers.

I want to be constructive, so I've written this as a list of things I was genuinely surprised to find missing after signing up.
No option to zoom in on profile photos. Tapping a photo opens a lightbox at the same size.
No way to add line breaks to my bio from a phone. The mobile keyboard has no return key in that field, only a submit key.
No way to pause or deactivate a profile temporarily. Full deletion is the only option.
No confirmation when a profile photo gets approved. I had to check my own profile to find out.
No sender name in browser push notifications. They just say 'new message.'
No unsubscribe link in the notification emails. I had to go into settings and turn off each type individually.
No indication when someone's account is deleted mid-conversation. Messages show as delivered into nothing.
None of these are dealbreakers on their own. Together they add up to a platform that feels like it was built in one sprint and then left. I keep using it because there are actual people here worth talking to, which is more than some sites can offer. But the list above keeps getting longer.

When you open a conversation the chat…
When you open a conversation the chat loads with the newest messages somewhere in the middle of the screen. You always have to scroll down manually to get to the most recent exchange. Every single time I open a chat my first action is to scroll to the bottom to find out where we actually are. Auto-scrolling to the latest message is, as far as I can tell, not something this platform does.
