Received the literature I’d ordered on time and completed- good quality printing

Only part of what was ordered arrived. I had to phone 31:8 resources, they recognised that part of order was missing. It finally arrived on Saturday.

Thirty one eight have been a faithful support to our children's ministries. Their resources and training are superb, highly recommend.

Was sent the standard digital DBS link by Thirtyone:eight. The site wont accept my correct driving licence number - despite my double checking with DVLA. The error lies with Thirtyone:eight, but the helpline is recorded messages only, no way to talk to a person to resolve the issue. Emailed but still waiting for a response. Very dissapointed, especially given the eyewatering amount of taxpayer's money that has been sunk into a semi-functional site.

This safeguarding company appears to protect the organisation rather than the child. When a concern about a child is reported, they simply say they will inform the organisation involved — even if the concern is about that organisation. Churches can therefore pay for this service and present a veneer of being “safe,” while in reality the system offers little genuine protection for vulnerable children. Principally it's business & profit, opportunistic not altruistic.

Quick and safe delivery. Packaged appropriately so no excessive packaging but sufficient to ensure protection of the purchase.

Package arrived much faster than expected

I had wanted the children's resources in time for Safeguarding Sunday but had made the order quite late. Thirtyone:eight were very helpful on the phone and sent me the downloadable resources straight away. The full pack arrived in plenty of time and we ran a successful session for our children. Younger children especially loved the activity pack.

We bought posters and a few handouts to supplement and back up showing of video in morning church service on Safeguarding Sunday. We are happy with the materials, but the “do not bend” A3 envelope was bent and had a hole before it got to me. Fortunately no loss of content, but posters were not pristine. I’d rather have had the A3 poster folded in half and not bent.
