I do not appreciate you charging my payment 60 days in advance and automatically. I did not ever agree to make payments 60 days in advance or to have payments automatically deducted from my bank card. I started this policy on March 26 and made 2 payments up front so I did not owe again until May 25. A payment was charged to my card without my permission last week. As a non-profit business we are not swimming in money and expenses have to be planned for and paid when due-not a month early. So-that said I do not owe another payment until June 24 and if you take another payment automatically I’m going to file a dispute and cancel my policy AND report you to the department of insurance. You do NOT have my permission to charge funds on any of my cards. I will make a payment directly when it’s due. Also, you need to send a bill as I never even got one.

The process for obtaining insurance was very straightforward and easy.
I would recommend Thimble to anybody with a small business looking for business insurance.

It saved me a ton of money and better coverage then my old business insurance.

When you sign up for coverage there user software lists your personal address on file instead of the business address for the policy coverage. Customer service says no way to change the address without signing up for a new policy which costs more money to cancel current policy. I won't be utilizing this company again after this policy ends and further more will be redirecting any new clients to not use this service. Such an easy fix and yet to complicated for them to correct.

Easy to purchase and navigate for 1 day event insurance - didn't need to use it, so can't speak on how well the insurance actually helps

There's literally No one to call. I'm pretty sure this a scam. Can't wait to cancel
