I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
From the booking process through to the actual Holiday their service was excellent.
In particular reference to Bev who came to our rescue when our flight from Abu Dhabi to Male was delayed by 6 hours.
This delay meant that we could not get the transfer from Male to our destination until the following day.
The Airline were very unhelpful and didnt care that we would be stranded at Male Airport at 11pm.
One call to Bev and she had arranged someone to meet us when we landed and then a Taxi to a Hotel and a Taxi back the following morning to the Domestic Airport so that we could complete the transfer to our resort.
What a brilliant service from THG.

Kerry Thomas from THG holidays was fantastic in answering all our questions with the 10 day Deep South music tour, EVERYTHING on the itinerary was carried out with absolutely no issues whatsoever. The hotels were so much better than we expected for the price and this holiday was really one to remember. We can’t thank all at THG enough, especially Kerry. Fantastic experience on a Route 66 holiday organised by THG. Couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the booking process and sorting out a few last minute changes we requested. All aspects of the trip (flights, hotels, car hire) worked incredibly smoothly and all exceeded expectations. Recently booked a holiday in the Maldives, Mandy took the booking, truly a lovely person to deal with, very thorough, and compassionate, spent time ensuring all aspects of our holiday was covered. There’s not many people that go above and beyond. Will book with THG/Mandy for future holidays.

One of the best holidays we've ever had. Our driver/guide, Iresh De Silva, looked after us very well and adapted when things did not go to plan. For example, the train journey changed (probably for the better - from Nuwara Eliya to Ella) due to ticket availability, which meant some rearrangements that were seamless to us. We cannot speak highly enough of Iresh, who is also a keen wildlife photographer with a great knowledge of the native fauna. The hotels were lovely, food very good and of course Sri Lanka was beautiful and a surprisingly easy-going place compared to previous holidays to India. Our flights went like clockwork and we were happy with Qatar Airways - food, legroom, check-in, on-time service, were all good. Coming home we arrived at terminal 4 early and came through passport and baggage claim faster than we've ever done before. I'm sure there was some luck involved in timing when we hit T4, but perhaps it is a quieter and therefore more efficient terminal than others at LHR.

THG's customer service from initial booking inquiry through to last minute flight meal rectification was very good, thank you! This was our first holiday with THG and I am sure it will not be our last.

We have come back from our second holiday booked through THG and we can not recommend them highly enough.
We did a Thailand multi location trip.
From the moment we stepped on the plane everything went like clockwork.

All transfers whether by taxi, speedboat or long tail boat were perfect, with transfer staff arriving promptly.
But the quality of the hotels we were booked into was the cherry on top. Superb 5 star hotels with breathtaking vista, we couldn’t have been happier.

We’re already looking at our next trip with THG.
We’d especially like to thank Kerry who was amazing from start to finish and so knowledgeable and available for us if we needed to call.

I used THG (Kerry, Mandy and Gareth) for the first time for a tour in Thailand last month after they were recommended by a friend. The whole trip was brilliantly organised and the company they used on the ground in Thailand were superb. They created a bespoke trip for me and the whole thing was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant holiday to Mauritius booked by Kerry at THG holidays. Cheaper than any other booking agent & cheaper than any place online. Kerry helped us find flights & a hotel that suited us and was super helpful with all the booking pre holiday and everything all throughout! Highly recommend and will be booking again with Kerry.
