The worst service ever, no service and no answers from the customer service.

At first i liked the speed and the views stars instant. But in few hours it droped by 60-70%. I clicked the refill button many times they never refill you! When i ask for refill on ticket they keep saying added for refill but its been 3 weeks i aam asking for refill they never did refill! The refill system is full scam!

we ordered 5000 views on a video and we got that but the estimated revenue of last 28 days on 5000 views is only $0.04 what will we do with that 0.04 money? and we have did many orders but estimated revenue of last 28 days are very low like 0.01 , 0.02 only on thousands of views

I tried to deposit money with a single-use virtual card, and they don't accept it, they want your data, why do they want your data, a refund can be made even if the card is destroyed, I don't think this site is safe!

hi. I bought. 1000 watching hours from the y lab waiting over 2 weeks . I keep messaging customer service to sort for me that issue . no one back to me yet please don't no buy anything from that site . they are scammers .

They were doing okay before but somehow all of recent orders were never fulfilled and they would not do anything about all those orders, and not giving any refunds whatsoever.
Basically they got the funds but not delivering anything and not responding.
Used to be good but please beware

I bought a service that was described as 1000 Subscribers PLUS 5000 views - I received the 1000 subscribers but after 2 weeks the views disappeared. I told admin and they first said - well I got the subscribers so the service was fulfilled, but when I complained they said they will add the views to my account, I ask about it every 2 days but I am still waiting. So they do not fulfill the orders as described AND YouTube take away your views from this company - be warned!!!

I bought subscribers on this site and the service is fine BUT when I wanted to purchase more, my order kept cancelling, I have spoken to admin and they just tell me they are on it, for more than 3 weeks now. It is very frustrating as I have loaded the account with money and it is more of a hassle to withdraw and go to other service, but that is what I will have to do... unacceptable

Don't be fooled by these positive reviews. The company behind it is based in UK. They stole money from me, all I'm trying to do is spread the world of their scamming behaviour.

I have had the privilege of sourcing ThYTLab for my Youtube work and I was impressed with the service I got.
I will definitely recommend their service to friends
