The delivery boxes are always packed properly and you always get an email outlining the timing of the delivery as well. I always use this company as it’s the best for value and customer services.

That’s why we don’t care for the usual ‘wine club’ stuffiness and believe in sharing our knowledge and passion for wine, not keeping it hidden away. We exist to make great wine from around the world accessible for everyone to discover and enjoy. Our team scours vineyards around the globe to discover quality wines that each offer something a little different. We say no to mass-produced wines and we curate our caverns so they can be explored by occasion, mood and character (not just by grape and region, although you can search this way if you wish). Superfast delivery
Superfast delivery, very well packaged and more importantly a well balanced collection of rosé wine. The Berne organic was especially impressive.

It is not you guys
It is not you guys, It is the local DPD that yet again have lied to say I was not at my Wine Bar at the time of delivery. On the day I was there from 10.00 to 23.30 and no attempt was made to deliver. I had to pick my parcels up from a Argos some days later. For the second time....
Please have a word with your delivery guys please.
