Looking for a spare. Wheel for my mg zs, rang the wheel shop, a young lady answered the phone, explained that I was looking for a full size spare wheel, she explained that a full size won't fit in the well of the boot, she recommend a space saver, I ordered the tool kit has well, my neighbour also wanted a spare wheel with tool kit, because I ordered 2 wheels she gave me a discount, I would like too thank the lady for her expert help, I can't praise this company highly enough, ordered the wheel on Monday afternoon, had it delivered on Wednesday morning, it was free delivery too south Wales, thank you the wheel shop, I would definitely deal with this company again 👍

So from first point of contact amazing..... I had to get a space saver wheel and tool kit before my taxi mot. Just after 9am I rang them I picked up the wheel within the hour.
Price excellent customer service excellent.

I ordered a space saver wheel in the evening and managed to order the wrong stud pattern by mistake, so sent an email hoping to alter the order before it was processed. By 9am the following morning, they had altered the order and shipped the correct item. Super efficient and nice quality parts when they arrived by DHL Courier. Very impressed. Well done.

When I first looked at their website and prices, I was convinced that their full size spare wheels were used but they're not. They are brand new with a brand new 16" tyre. Yes the tyres are budget tyres but to stick it in the boot for an emergency blow out, they are fine.
Delivered by a tracked DX delivery van in 48 hours, at a total cost under £110, it feels like I have mugged them! You can't go wrong with this company.

Discovered a puncture the evening Sunday 26th Jan. Had it repaired the following day and with two Heathrow Airport runs in the coming weeks decided (after speaking to a very helpful lady in customer services) to order a spare wheel and tools the same evening at 19.58 for a 2017 Mini Clubman.

The wheel and tools arrived within the DHL one hour time slot specified 12.33 today (Wednesday 29th).

Extremely easy to order/pay online and the wheel/tools look to be perfect.

By the way, out of interest tried a local company, who quoted almost twice the price and couldn’t guarantee delivery within a week.

Ordered a space saver wheel for my Nissan Qashqai on the 1st January delivered 3rd January. Fantastic service. Very reasonable price. The toolkit that I ordered with the wheel was top class. Couldn't be happier. Mad that manufacturers don't supply spare wheels these days.

Excellent service and good customer care after having issue with courier

I was disturbed to discover that my daughter's secondhand car purchase didn't have a spare wheel or jack. I did some internet research and the best deal by far was offered by The Wheel Shop. I bought a standard wheel and tyre, together with a scissor jack and wheel brace. It all arrived in two working days, as promised, and I was really impressed with the quality. Great service and great comms throughout. Thoroughly recommended - instant piece of mind at a very reasonable price.

I ordered a space saver wheel for my Lexus UX250 it arrived in two days! I then ordered the wheel fixture clamp it arrived the next day, it was to small I called the company and informed them about the problem and two days later a replacement arrived and was fitted perfectly, I have had my own business for 43 years and our customer service is exactly like the wheel shop STUNNING!

next day, I was informed upon despatch, DHL said they were expecting/receiving/despatching/and ETA.
David said it was whole kit was Used, it was not, it was brand new.

Totally astonished at the speed of delivery. The wheel and tools are brand new. Cannot fault this company. Deserves 6 stars.

What can I say that's not already been said, can not fault the wheel shop in any way from ordering to delivery truly a 5 star company.

Exceptional service by The Wheel Shop, emailed asking for dimensions to ensure it fitted in the wheel well if my Kia Xceed, answered my email within an hour.
It was ordered, dispatched and delivered in less than 5 days - well done

The delivery was very quick, so full marks for that. I bought a space saver wheel for a BMW. It comes with a jack and wheel brace. The wheel brace does not have the correct size socket but more importantly the jack is not suitable for a BMW. BMWs require a jack with a lifting adaptor to fit into the jacking point. without this the car is likely to roll off the jack. Wheel Shop replied quickly to my first email and told me that the jack is a universal fit and can be used. This is NOT correct, the jack will NOT fit. Using this jack without the correct adaptor is dangerous and would risk injury and damage. Beware! They have not responded when I stated that the jack definitely does not fit.

This is the first time I have given anyone 5 Stars.
