Excellent service quick delivery knowledgeable firm in giving me the correct spare space saver wheel for my new golf.

This company provided me with customer service at it's absolute best. There were unavoidable issues with wheel type and this company bent over backwards to supply my needs. Communication was outstanding: efficiency and manners of telephone operatives was of the highest order. Transit arrangements were spot on time and highly organised. Don't go elsewhere.

I was looking for a space saver wheel for my Jaguar XF ,my local garage advised me to contact the wheel shop as they had previously used the company and thoroughly recommended them. I contacted the wheel shop and placed an order unfortunately they wheel kit was temporarily out of stock ,however they assured me that they would contact me as soon as the wheel kit was available, 2 weeks later the order arrived and I had it fitted to confirm it was suitable for my car and fitted both front and rear wheel flanges. Excellent service, product, delivery , I thoroughly recommend the wheel shop

I researched lots of sites looking to ensure the space saver wheel would fit in my wife’s used Audi A1 as it doesn’t come with a spare. Some sites wouldn’t guarantee the fit; others said to check the rolling dimension to the current wheels! In the end I went with TheWheelShop based on customer reviews.

I wanted a space saver spare wheel kit for my new Grandland and initially they were out of stock.
No problem, left an email return request on their website and a couple of weeks later received an email back saying the wheel and kit were back in stock.
Ordered it straight away and it arrived the very next day via DHL courier very well packaged.

i ordered a space saver wheel, tyre and toolkit and rang to say that I needed it in 6 days, the lady was very helpful and told me it would be dispatched today, it arrived in 22 hours of ordering.

Ordered a full size spare wheel for my renault symboiz, came with quality Jack, chrome sockets and ratchet jack winder handle. Quick delivery, perfectly equipped now for that dreaded puncture, for discerning motorists.

I ordered a spacesaver wheel for my Volvo v60 from their eBay store and although compatible, the boot floor wouldn't close completely! Simeon was amazing, arranged a collection of the original and delivery of a ( thinner) replacement for the following day at no extra charge. It fitted perfectly! The tyre is brand new, great quality as is the kit that came with it. Fantastic service can highly recommend.

The securing bolt on the model the spare wheel was requested for had been changed without the firm being aware. When the firm were contacted they work out which bolt was required and it arrived within 48hrs. Excellent service all round

Fantastic service, received my space saver and toolkit very quickly, everything is new and great quality, unfortunately the wheel would not fit in the boot well with the factory fitted B&O sub-woofer in my Audi A3. Contacted the wheel shop and provided some photos etc. Wheel was exchanged very quickly and now everything fits perfectly and the sound system fits within the new wheel and sounds great. Easy to use website, reasonable price, very fast delivery, quality products , Ford Smax 18” space saver and jack etc. Ordered matching cover. Delighted. Caught once with ripped tyre and had to wait 3 hours for recovery vehicle and total pain in posterior. Given appalling state of Lancashire potholes I decided risk of damaged tyre and wheel too great.
Why I didn’t buy one years ago . But roads were better condition? Doh!

Great service, I have a 2025 Mazda CX5, instructions on model differences not good, wanted to leave review on site but unable, once the removable plate has gone it was a breeze.

Kia spare tyre. Great price, as new, toolkit is really good quality. Well packaged and quick delivery.
Note the toolkit is generic so does not fit flush in the wheel space, so the Kia cover is a tad not flat. If the jack was more compact it would be perfect. I used a bungy to secure the toolkit to the tyre.

Highly recommended company, well impressed.
