I ordered the wrong sizes and colors of sweaters I was having my children wear for Christmas, and Chloe was so kind and helpful in getting new ones sent out to me right away. The sweaters themselves were perfect - great colors and materials!

The customer service was beyond helpful and immediately responded to any issues. The clothing is unique and adorable! The product arrived just as I expected.

I ordered an outfit for Thanksgiving that was supposed to come in time but didn't. I reached out to Trendy Toddlers to return it and the offered to let me keep the outfit PLUS send me a Christmas outfit of my choosing for free! I truly couldn't believe they did this for me!

This was my first time ordering from The Trendy Toddlers and I had a great experience! They have super cute clothes and wonderful customer service! I reached out about my order and they got back to me super fast and resolved my problem! Super please with them and will order from them again!

Said it would be delivered next day, it didn't arrive for over 3 weeks. When it did arrive they had sent the wrong colour.

Absolutely do not buy clothing from this website. The company is based out of Texas selling Clothing from china. Awful quality clothing would be better if ordering off Amazon.
The company is making me pay for return shipping on china outfits. According to them I should have known the clothing would feel like cardboard and was coming from china.

My package was stuck in transit for over 20 days. After reaching out to the customer service team and explaining my problem, they took quick action to get it resolved. I am very happy with the products and will continue to order from them!

I had never ordered from Trendy Toddlers before but have had the best experience. Several items from my first ordered were lost in transit and upon reaching out to Trendy Toddlers, they responded within 24 hours (on a weekend), they were able to confirm the loss and offered multiple solutions (all were great options). The loss outfits were sold out so I chose to order two replacement outfits. I received two emails with confirmation of the replacement and shipping. They arrived and we love them, so cute for our little boy. CUTE boy clothes are so hard to find and Trendy Toddlers has an amazing selection and the quality is great. My type A personality really appreciates the communication and willingness to make things right, too. Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about Trendy Toddlers! Not only are their prices cost effective but their customer service is superb! After ordering a Christmas gift for my nephew, they packed and shipped out the order within a day! They provided a tracking number as well as insurance. The post office lost my package unfortunately and made me jump through hoops in the process. BUT NOT TRENDY TODDLERS!! I told them the situation and they remedied it with prompt responses to my emails and sending me another set ASAP! Thank you Trendy Toddlers! You have my business from here on out 🤗

Deceitful company. Not U.S. based, terrible quality clothes out of China
And only received one of two items.

I placed an order on Sunday 12/15 and it’s now Saturday 12/21 and the package is in the same spot since label was made, stating “USPS awaiting item” It’s sitting in LA which is confusing because I specifically ordered from this store because it’s a Texas family shop thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas. This is very misleading as it doesn’t state anywhere on the site that merchandise is coming from LA while operations is in NJ. I reached out to customer service on Thursday, 12/19 and was told “It's quite common for there to be periods where there is no apparent movement on the USPS tracking system, especially when packages are between major sorting facilities.” The package has not even been received for shipping. This is completely unacceptable.

My order for two Christmas outfits for my grandson‘s was placed on December 4. I became very concerned when my order had not shipped a week later. I contacted customer service at trendy toddler, and they addressed my concerns with the offer of a refund if the order did not ship by the next day. They expedited the order and I received it in time for our Christmas party whenever I emailed, I got a timely response when I receive the order I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fabric. It was exactly what I was looking for a little bit dressy but soft and comfortable!

I received the clothes in the mail today , and for $20 an outfit or top for a baby you would think it would be nicer quality! It was one of the reasons I purchased thinking it was “ trendy”, a little more upscale than your basic Carters baby clothing.. it’s actually worse!
Nothing has cute tags on it, looks like it’s made in china . I would not recommend at all!

I ordered several outfits for my grandson. I got the outfits and they all was so cute. I will be ordering more outfits from here because any questions I had they got back to me and helped me out with one of the outfits because it was way to big. So if you have kids or grandkids this place is a great place to order from
