I've been in recovery from alcohol for 4 years now. When I went to TTC, I was a very heavy drinking and most days I just wanted to die. I felt like I had no purpose in life. I left the job that I loved because of a change in ownership. I felt like no one cared about how I felt when I wasn't working. I had lost not just a job, but a place that I had built up and cared for as well as the customers that I had interaction with. Most of my family didn't even know that I drank as much as I did and to this day most of them still do not know how much I would drink on a daily basis. TTC helped me to realize that with turning my life back over to Christ, that I do have a purpose. They helped me to deal with the things that would trigger my drinking. I was able to regain some confidence in myself and accept responsibility for my problems. I recommitted my life to God and I have not looked back since. I have used my testimony to help others to get their lives back as well. I'm grateful for the help that I got from The Treatment Center. It was one of the best months in my life, even though I was far away from my husband and children and grandchildren. My family is also very appreciative for my recovery.

My experience was positive. My needs were met always. I was made comfortable at all times and learned coping skills as well as many great friends!! The staff was kind and always attentive. The best of care !! The rooms were clean and food was yummy!!!

There's so many lives that this facility saves. It's a great place to start your journey to recovery. The staff there really care, I know other place like this. I'd recommend TTC to anyone that suffers from addiction.

Thank you for changing my life! It started with a willingness to change, and from the moment I walked through the doors of the Treatment Center! And the most significant changes have accrued in my entire thought process! The faith based approach thoroughly reaffirmed my faith and my relationship with God , and it's a relationship that grows stronger everyday! From the nurses , techs, counselors, therapists, pastors to my good friend director of medicine and even all the way up to the C.E.O , you have all changed my life , and the gift that you all have given me I continuel to give to others ! Can't wait to get back and share my experience of strength and hope with all of you !

There is no better time to change your life than right now. Call The Treatment Center and put yourself on the track to a better life. I have been sober for three years now and am so thankful I decided to call them.

The RTF program is what made the difference to me. Pastor Bernard was excellent. I thought the program was really good and most of the staff had great attitudes. My only complaint is that the census was at 90 yet my roommate and I kept a third roommate while there where people with their own rooms. We'd complain, you would move them, then do the same thing the next night. This went on the entire last week I was there. Three grown men in a hotel room is a lot, it shouldn't take much effort to do a better distribution when the census is low.

Honest opinion is without the compassionate help I received from The Treatment Center I don't know how I would have survived. So much love, care, and professional medical attention. Thank you so much.

Most therapists, group facilitators, nurses, and behavioral health techs were OUTSTANDING. I could not have done it without them- well, the challenge would have been much greater. Food was decent- chef was very helpful in making sure I had food to eat as someone who is deathly allergic to all dairy products. It has been three years since I was in treatment, and I am still thankful and grateful for the experiences I had while staying at The Treatment Center.

at first it was hard, I felt alone scared and lost. after understanding why I WAS AT THE TREATMENT CENTER , I worked on the " whys " why I was drinking. and why I was so unhappy with me,, when you listen with a clear head it is so amazing what you learn about yourself,,now the real work begins. It can happen if you truly want it,, its up to you..

I didn't want to go to treatment, I wasn't ready, but that being said, the treatment center offered so many amazing resources and help. Help that I look back on and use today in my sobriety. It's a calm beautiful place with kind and caring staff. I like how it's divided by groups and think it's a great facility for treatment, I only wish I would have stayed

I recommend the Treatment Center for substance abuse treatment for one reason. Most of the staff that works at the treatment center have or also have had trouble with substance abuse themselves. You cannot substitute real life experience with book knowledge. Being able to relate with the client on a personal experience is key when it comes to helping another person overcome addiction and getting them on there path to recovery.

I was using heroin daily and I was physically addicted to it, the life of a heroin addict quickly took me to dark places and I needed help to get clean. I found The Treatment Center through the internet and called, a girl emailed me some information about it and I thought it seemed nice. At the time I wasn't sure about going to Florida for 35 days and missing Christmas with my family but if I didn't I would either be dead now or in jail or worse, still living the life addicted to heroin if it wasn't for me going to TTC. There I got more help than I thought I would , met amazing people, and medically detoxed off of heroin in the best way possible. I miss TTC sometimes because it was so great , but now i am living life free from the terrors of heroin and alcohol addiction and I could never have imagined life could be this good.

I am who am today because of The Treatment Center. I cant really come up with the words to describe how thankful I am toward this facility and the great people who work there. They treat you with dignity and respect and the same time would call you out on your crap. I highly recommend this rehab facility to a loved one who is battling alcoholism and or addiction. Everyone from the secretaries to the Dr.'s are respectful, knowledgable and will go above and beyond to get you to understand what your disease is and to understand how to live your life to the fullest and be happy doing it.

They really know how to make you feel like you are at home, truly care about you and ur recovery

Not only was I able to find life long friends, great therapists and counsellors and amazing group meetings at TTC, I was able to find myself. Through the help of the amazingly supportive people at TTC, I was able to address issues in my life that were causing me to not be my true self. I'm so beyond blessed to have found TTC and will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.

Where do i begin. The treament center came thru for me in so many ways and I want to thank them for all of them. I came to them hopeless and at the end of my road but they taught me how to be happy with myself because without loving yourself you can't love others. They taught me to let the past go everyone makes mistakes you can't dwell on them or live in the past anymore. I have so many great things to say about them but so little space to write but I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that has had a problem with any type of substance abuse and in all honesty even people who don't think they do should look in the mirror and reevaluate your situation. Just remember there's never a right time to get the help you need but the treatment center is the right place to go. They have helped me to live free for once in my life and believe me money, Fame, romances none of them will bring happiness. People think that quitting drugs is the hard part but that's where they're wrong there's so much more behind the addiction then people know and the treatment center it's a perfect place to help you find out why I cannot say enough great things about them.

Wow, what a ride ! From recovery too discovery, I'm from central Illinois and a year ago July made a decision to drink and drug myself to death. On the 30th of august 2015 fading in and out of blackout something inside of me said seek help. I Google Springfield, Illinois treatment centers and dialed the number. Somehow on a wing and a prayer when I came to 48 hours later I came to and seen the initials jfk wondering how I got to new york. 3 days later I was transferred to ttc which is still foggy! In a few days I began to Wake Up ! Being told I was in Florida. It's begun, I committed to myself to shed the masks of the past and break down the walls of denial, only to do so kicking and screaming all the way. Informed staff 35 days wouldn't be enough, they calmly said one day at a time. I've been told that I wasn't the nicest guy to come thru, I did ruin a pair of Walmart tennis shoes chasing blue shirts down the hall. I was coming back to life and scared to death. Began to focus on the sessions and surrendering, baffled and confused, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually bankrupt they began to put me back together. Today I have no doubt that Devine intervention brought me to ttc and the unconditional love and care I received. Everyone went the extra mile for me and I am extremely humble and grateful. I was extended several times and was fearful when discharged. Recovery was turning into discovery, began IOP and extended there as well. Currently doing IOP at va hospital on volunteer basis. I attend no less than 1 meeting a day and sometimes three. 9 months ago I had no hope. Today I have no problems, only more opportunities to change and learn to live sober and clean serving a God of my understanding. Thanks to my Tinker Bell and tai chi Gary, yoga Eric, Meditation Jack and all the staff of ttc. I am truly grateful for your perseverance and loyal dedication to your calling to help those who want it. God Bless !!!

I really appreciated the hospitality and experience that TTC had to offer. The staff was amazing and friendly and truly cared for the patients. The structure of the community was strong. TTC made my stay comfortable and pleasurable. I send out a special thanks to the TTC staff ( nurses, cleaning staff, patient advocates, cooks, continuing care, patient care, blue shirts and etc.) THANKS SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS !!!!!!!! :D

The staff was so compassionate and understanding. I had an excellent therapist, Abby, who helped me get through a rough time in my life - which I am so grateful for. She also helped me in getting my son to admit he had an addiction and with her advice- I was able to get him a to TTC for the help he needs. TTC truly saved me and my family's lives!! All of the staff were so helpful. They took the time to get to know each patient and were able to relate to my concerns with my addiction. I am so grateful for my new sober last life!!
