I was working with them till one day suddendly I recieved an e-mail telling me that all My accounts were breached, they said that I broke the rules because "Common IP" was detected.

I tried to explain that is not possible because I do all My trades on My personal phone by myself.

They anyway do not change the status Without proof that I was breaking their rules.

I don't need to lie, but if I can save You from loosing your money with those guys, please, choose other prop firm.

Seit über einem Jahr bin ich als zufriedener Trader mit dem Team von The Trading Pit unterwegs. Insbesondere der so wichtige Technische Service hat mich bei eilenden Rückfragen stets konstruktiv und lösungsorientiert begleitet. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Des Weiteren darf man loben, dass die Kommunikation stets freundlich und schnell erfolgte, insbesondere bei meiner jüngsten Erfahrung mit der lieben Helena. Weiter so 🙂

Kurzum: Für jene mit dem gewissen Biss definitiv das richtige Umfeld. Daher fünf Sterne!

I‘ve been trading with them for over two years now, and it is getting more and more difficult. There is rarely a month without technical issues, which don‘t get resolved automatically, but you rather have to write them, wait for days for an answer, and then explain again. They do compensate the time on challenges, but it is rarely a fair compensation (for example waiting for days for faulty drawdown reset and account activation: they would just give back the days until reactivation, and not the time needed for drawdown reset caused by them, basically forcing you to trade with almost no drawdown or waiting more). Payouts are sometimes underway, but you still have to wait days and fear it won‘t arrive, while your accounts get disabled on a technical issue. Expensive, but definitely not thrustworthy anymore. 2023 was great, 2024 not anymore and 2025 went completely downhill. If you call them, they keep you waiting, but no one really answers the phone. Just try to write the support; you will only get answers from ai. If you try to escalate to a human agent, they keep you waiting for more days, often times no answer even after a week. What happened with this company? I‘d give it 3 stars just for a good service during 2023, but right now it is not thrustworthy, shady is an understatement. Even with an occasional payout, how can one trust that they will keep doing it? They are even changing rules, so that traders can never pay all the winnings out. Still 80% and very expensive. Rules don‘t even say what happens with the 3rd payout, just unserious… Traders are beginning to call it a scam, and I am almost convinced they are going for big money grab before shutting it down. How can anyone feel wanted at their firm if they even stop assuring people that the technical issues are only a phase… You have a feeling they don‘t really care about their traders, while they say otherwise. On questions about quality of support, they say other firms are worse, and I have proof of it. I wanted to wait before going on with this review, but now after waiting for days for an answer and checking e-mails constantly, I just got full of it and cannot see how this is justified. Maybe I am wrong, but it is just my experience with them.

My experience with The Trading Pit has been extremely disappointing.

All my accounts were suddenly breached for “Common IP”. I have never shared my account credentials with anyone, and all trades were executed independently using my own strategy.

When I contacted support, the only explanation I received was that their “proprietary algorithms” and “pattern recognition systems” detected something. However, when I requested concrete evidence (IP logs, timestamps, or other proof), nothing was provided. The response was simply that their system identified a violation, and the accounts are permanently breached.

For any professional prop firm, such serious decisions should be backed by clear evidence and a transparent review process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Before purchasing a challenge, traders should seriously ask themselves one question: if an account can be breached without clear evidence being shared, how secure is your capital and progress in the program?

I hope The Trading Pit reviews cases more carefully in the future and introduces a more transparent process for handling such situations.

Update (17-03-26)
The Trading Pit has now confirmed that the decision is final and no evidence (such as IP logs or timestamps) will be provided to support the “Common IP” claim. Despite multiple requests, there has been no transparency regarding how this conclusion was reached.

I have also requested a fair resolution (a refund or a new account), but I have not received a response so far.

This raises serious concerns about how decisions are made and how traders are treated in such situations

The Trading Pit has now responded again, but instead of providing any concrete evidence (such as IP logs or specific account linkage), they have only repeated general policy statements about shared devices, IP usage, and trading patterns.

No evidence has been provided to demonstrate how these rules were violated in my case.

Additionally, I only had a single account with the firm, yet the explanation refers to “multiple accounts from the same IP,” which raises further questions about the accuracy of their review process.

At this point, the decision appears to be based entirely on internal systems without transparency or verifiable justification. I have requested either evidence or a fair resolution (a refund or a new account), but neither has been provided to date.

⁹Leider sehr schlecht habe 5k konto gekauft und wurde sehr schnell gebreached von einer neuen Margin Regel die Ich nirgendwo lesen konnte. Ich habe in Rekordzeit 50€ verloren in Sekunden. Eine Schlechte Propfirma mit zu vielen harten Regeln.

Extrem guter Kunden Support. Ich hatte die Mitarbeiterin Helena als Beraterin und Sie konnte mir innerhalb weniger Stunden Auskünfte zu allen Fragen geben. Es war sogar möglich innerhalb eines Tages eine Vertragsänderung zu bekommen. Kompetente und zuverlässige Arbeit.

The scaling structure is a nice bonus once you're consistently profitable.
That said, it's not perfect. i ran into rules that weren't clearly spelled out upfront, particularly around margin limits and trading style restrictions.

This is straight FRAUD company.

I urge everyone to not even think about spending the penny with this scammers.

I have passed every challenge and got 260k of funded profiles, multiple payouts.

My profiles were ready again for payouts and i got all my accounts breached for no reason.

They said its “Common IP Adress”, like i shared my accounts with someone, implying that someone was trading on my behalf.

I only open accs from my phone, no 3rd party program, nothing.

I DEMANDED evidence about me violating any rule for my period of trading with them, they of course ghosted me only and 0 responses.

They even ghosted me on their discord server, noone even bothered one message to send me. They straight robbed me from my profiles, my money and my time.

Hope you are going bankrupt so you take this desperate measures against profitable traders.

Got scamed with "Common IP"

I have invested a lot of work and money in TTP. Finally I was profitable. As soon as I requested a Payout, all my accounts got suspended "breached" beacuse of "common IP". Even though I take all my trades manually from my Notebook or Mobile Phone.

Support isnt supporting and left me with empty hands. This is nothing else than theft.

Dont use TTP. Its a scam. Im sorry for my fellow brothers who lost their account on the same day, with the same explanation. its a lot of breached accounts today.

The Trading Pit has great support. The MT5 platform always works fast and I love the accounts dashboard which allows me to safely monitor and control my risk.

They breach your accounts claiming they share common IPs with other traders even if you don't use any copier or VPN or VPS and only trade from your home PC. They even sent an email from a supposed support ticket that I've never initiated together with the ticket reply of their "comprehensive internal review" at the same time, clowns. And of course the IP violation always comes after you passed a challenge or your funded is in profit, how convenient. There are more serious prop firm to invest your time and money in, stay away.
