Nice strap overall and quality, velcro is slightly too long so sticks out and catches things so don't tend to use, and at £30 that's a shame.

Hi Paul, Thanks for sharing.
With velcro options, sizings naturally have to be one size fits most however we can look at alternative options for yourself.
We are always happy to help everybody, but if we don't know, of course we can't help. Send us a message directly and we can hopefully find a strap more suitable.
Many thanks
The Time Club Team
A reliable company
Although I ordered the incorrect size the company tried to help me sort out the issue. On return of the strap they were quick to refund my money.

Didn't receive the item
Didn't receive the item. From what I can see from proof of delivery picture, it was put in a postbox, but for a neighbouring property.
No luck tracking this down, so has been a blank purchase.

We’ve just received a 1 star review from you but this is the first we’ve heard of it not being delivered. Naturally this review is for Royal Mail it seems, we have to rely on delivery partners but we are always happy to help where we can.
We are super responsive with our customer service and the reason the rest of our reviews are super positive. Sadly, we can’t always control the delivery.
We've emailed you the screengrab directly of the delivery information, can you please check to see if you recognise this initially and we can try to work with your local post office to get this resolved.
Let me know and hopefully we can resolve this for you so you receive the best service as we strive for at The Time Club.
Excellent company with great customer service.
I ordered a strap that was good but not ideal, the communication and support from this company is fantastic. They really go the extra mile, they have forwarded me another strap that they feel will be more suitable.
Every effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent quality at great prices.

Very happy with the quality.
After an issue getting a strap from a different company I stumbled across this one while searching. I got two straps for my Garmin Forerunner 255. The fit is perfect, the quality is very good, and the price feels very reasonable. When the time comes I will be getting another watch strap from here.

I was told about 'The Time Club' my my friend who put me in touch and after messaging 'The Time Club' ordered two straps, both of which are very comfortable, secure and look very professional.
The fit is tight when fitting it to the garmin but it feels very secure and reassures me that it will not come off. The staps feel very durable and I will definitely purchase more in the future. I would reccomend to friends and family.

Poor quality strap that feels plasticky for the price and does not attach easily to Garmin watch. Disappointing service as I had to pay for return despite not receiving the premium product I had expected for the cost.

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for your feedback.
This strap is designed specifically for sport and performance, prioritising durability, security, and comfort during activity. This does mean they can feel different to more fashion-led or traditional straps, particularly in terms of material and fit. This design is intentional and is why this strap remains one of our most popular and highly rated watch straps for Garmin on the market.
The attachment system is built to be secure and reliable during training, and while it may feel firm initially, this ensures it stays locked in place during use.
As a growing small business, we currently don’t have the facility to provide prepaid return labels. However, we have begun offering shipping credit on returns as a step towards improving this, and we continue to review how we can enhance our service as we grow.
We stand by the quality and performance of our products and remain committed to improving wherever possible.
Thanks

Easy and seamless experience
Easy and seamless experience. The wristbands are top notch! Really glad I got this as my standard Garmin one was starting to fall apart. The magnetic lock is quite enjoyable and doubles as a fidget.

Hi, Thank you for the kind review. It's easy to order the wrong option because of the numerous garmin watch strap sizes, but it's all been sorted and glad we could accomodate.
