If I could give a lower score I would have, I opted to use this company LAST JULY, when I email for an update, all I’m told is that they are waiting to hear from HMRC. Go literally anywhere else for a tax rebate

Hi Nathan, sorry things are taking so long.
We can see from the notes on your case that we have chased HMRC a number of times to get this claim resolved.
It looks as though they were going to reject your claim as you already have some allowances included in your tax code. We have challenged this as, from the information you have provided, we believe you are still on the wrong code and therefore are still due a refund. We are told your case has now been referred to one of their back office departments for further review.
Unfortunately you are not alone in this, HMRC are so busy at the moment that everything is taking way longer than usual, particularly with some of their back office functions. However, be assured that we will continue to follow up with them until we are satisfied that we have recovered every penny that you are due.
What we can tell you straight away is that other companies don't offer this same level of follow up service, so had you gone elsewhere as you are recommending in your review, the response from HMRC would have been the same, but it would not have been challenged and you would simply have been told that you don't have a claim.
Hope that all makes sense, our apologies again for the delay but hopefully we'll eventually get to a successful outcome.

If you log in to your application you will notice that there is always an "additional information" section for customers to tell us anything they have not been able to complete or give us any information that they are aware of that may help our team complete their review of your circumstances.
You can also use this to let us know if you have made any errors. Just enter the information you want to change and the team will see it and adjust as necessary.

seemed easy enough and didn't get stuck with a outrageous information ask..so i at least stuck with it to completion...the proof of the pudding is in the eating but the recipe and method seems sound...good luck me..
