One of the best decisions I made during a difficult phase of my career was joining Switch.

With 7 years of experience in analytics, I wanted to position myself more effectively in the competitive job market, attract quality interview opportunities, and confidently navigate the interview process. Joining this Bootcamp turned out to be one of the best decisions for my career growth.

The only area I feel could be improved is the mock interview process. While the platform provides excellent learning materials, having dedicated interview professionals conduct mock interviews and provide personalised feedback would make the program even more effective. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it to professionals looking to make a career switch in data analytics.

I’ve had a great experience here. The insights, guidance, and clear roadmap on approaching different things have genuinely made a difference, whether it was project documentation, resume building, positioning on job boards, or interview preparation.

It also includes comprehensive interview preparation to enhance client confidence and readiness for employment.

Team Switch helped me prepare for real scenarios, from HR call script to career story "why questions". They helped to implement structured framework that built clarity and confidence. This program helped me refine my resume to truly reflect my project, skills and business impact. I got the clarity I needed.

Everything is systematically planned, nothing gimmicky.
