Foundation for embodying holistic health

Holistic HealthCare is something I have often heard about but how to embody that remained an aspiration for so many years. Alas! Dr Krishna Bharath made it accessible. Rather than leaving it at just intensive experience level, he also has a system of year long membership to properly embody that.

Similarly, Emotional Intelligence remained an aspiration for long years. For a long time, I was not aware I am reacting from my survival system. He taught us how to acknowledge what that emotion is teaching us and how to empower ourselves by healing them.

I had tiredness, sleeping issues, and the biggest problem was I couldn't control my emotions. Whenever I got angry either I cry out or kept quiet .I always overthought a lot of things and couldn't deal with lots of situations. After having 121 sessions with Dr Krishna Bharath I can find out my problems, deal with situations and learning to control emotions. I feel like I can do anything I want.I feel safe and very happy now and I can also sleep well at night.
