The pants I ordered (36S) were delivered. While they were marked 36S, they were at best a 32 waist. I have called customer service and left a couple of messages and to date I have not received a return call. I will be returning the pants and will expect a full refund of the purchase price.

Svar fra The Suit Depot
Hi Frank,
Thank you for taking my call earlier today, and I also want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Based on the price range and the description of the pants we discussed, at the moment the available options we have are the same Bluejacket pants in both 36W and 40W. Given your feedback on the fit of the original pair, I initially aimed to move just one size up to help keep the closest possible fit.
At this point, could you please let me know if you would be open to trying the 40W, or if you would prefer to proceed with a return for a full refund? I’m happy to support whichever option works best for you and ensure we resolve this quickly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Toni

Thanks for sharing this — really glad to hear the ordering process was smooth for you.
We also appreciate your thoughts on the linen suit as well. Linen naturally wrinkles more than other fabrics, but we hear you and will keep this in mind for future improvements.

Hi there,
I'm so sorry about that. We had previously offered a 10% discount online for customers who signed up for our newsletter, but that promotion ended some time ago. That said, we do honor our online discounts in-store as well.
I took a look at your account and saw that you've been a great customer, so I've gone ahead and added a $75 store credit to your account.
Thank you for your continued support, and please let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
Best,
Mike

What made my experience great at The Suit Depot is the fact that I received quality merchandise at a great price. I have compared the price/ quality at other retailers, but the truth is the fact that The Suit Depot beats all other retailers in the area with prices/ quality of merchandise. For this reason, I don’t shop anywhere else but The Suit Depot. Keep up the great work ? You are doing a fantastic job with great service.

I'm very sorry this happened, and you are right to be frustrated. We are investigating how this occurred, as it does not align with our commitment to ship orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days the same day.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have credited your account for the full shipping cost. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
