Hi Adetola,
We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong size. We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this must be, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused.
This is not the kind of experience we aim to provide our customers. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you.
We’re be happy to assist you with a return for either a replacement in the correct size or a refund, whichever works best for you.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely hope we can turn this experience around for you.
