Stickers were beautiful but I messed them up for our charity group and now none of the links to the campaign prices work to go back and try a second batch to correct my error.

These guys always, always, always nail it. It's addictive, because you just chuck a file and it comes back a little while later as a bespoke sticker. The tool is easy to use, it's self evident, you never really need to try to talk to anyone.

Your checkout process needs some serious work. I had found a deal or a special whatever you wanna call it and designed everything added it to the cart and then decided I wanted to add more. I had no way to continue shopping and find that same deal again it was impossible to find on your website so I went back to my original search engine on my computer and found it that way it was a massive process. I almost just gave up and didn’t place my order and then I was trying to edit one of my orders from being a mat finished to a gloss finish and there was no way to do that so then I had to redo that entire process again and then I couldn’t find the link again so I’m hoping you see the note I had left about that when I was placing the order because I was unable to change it, hoping the end product is good, but the website definitely needs work specifically on your checkout process and finding the same product special/deal that I was previously looking at

So far… so good. We haven’t got our stickers yet but if the stickers are half as good as their customer service, this will be a fantastic purchase. They have been helpful & had quick responses and I’ve seen the design to proof and it looks amazing… so we are very excited to receive the product. I've ordered many times before and the stickers are of excellent quality. When I order, proof comes quickly and is always exactly as I want it. I've never had to make a change.

Ive ordered a TON of stickers from them at this point. They have great prices and the quality is pretty good. Some of the silver metallic sticker delaminated but the vinyl ones are great. I was a little frustrated that I couldnt get help on a re-order but oh well. Overall will order again.
