I gave 5 stars due to the ease of ordering, speed of delivery & the status updates on the delivery. Unfortunately though, I wish to stop any subscriptions there may be, as I will not be purchasing any further products.
Since using the product, I have had & am still having breakouts, which I usually experience when my skin really dries out. So I have stopped using the product, but thank you for the opportunity to try out your product.

I ordered this product on Instagram thinking that it was something I would try out and order more of if I wanted. Instead, I was signed up for a subscription, charged a week later for more product and now I have to fight with these people to try to return it because all these product products managed to do was make my face red and irritated and itchy and now I have to pay $10 to try to return more product that I didn’t ask for that I’ve already been charged for again. What a scam.

Like i said there are things to read but we all can't be speed readers.

The company has a good range of products and easy to purchase what you need. I purchased the Age Defying Lift and Tight Serum at a discounted price and received a Youthful Eye Cream as a gift. Thanks for making it so easy to purchase what I need and I already love what it's doing for my skin!

I received the Crepe Body Firming Cream and I am actually not a huge fan of it. I personally don’t think it absorbs my skin as much as it should or to my liking!

I am not a complainer but I wrote you regarding the way the product was shipped I received a generic response but no mention of my concern I actually received two responses but neither addressed my concernl

I placed a substantial order on February 25, 2026. I received a "your order is being processed" auto email shortly after the order was placed. However, I have not heard from this company as to when this order will ship. Customer service matters to me.

Hi, My experience with The Lift and Tight Serum has been disappointing so far. Keeping in mind that I did not expect an overnight improvement in my skin. Also, I really don't know how long it takes to see actual improvement. Certainly longer than the 'influencers" on your ad. Aside from that, I find the product very drying. OK, I give you that perhaps it is supposed to be in order to 'tighten' those lines. But my skin feels uncomfortably tight. In the AM when I prepare for the day, it is quite impossible to cover my skin with concealer or foundation if I am using that product. So: have I not used it long enough for this 'transformation' that was 'promised' or hinted at? in your ads. I have used this product since it arrived on or about Feb 26th up through today March 4th. It is necessary to use a moisturizer on top of your serum in order to effect a smooth, natural finish to my make up.

I have recently started TheSpaDr facial program and am pleasantly pleased so far. The lift and tightening can be felt firming my skin within minutes. I am pleased with everything so far and look forward to seeing a more firmer face soon!

Shipping was quick, package included good information about the product and how to use it.

I ordered the Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm. I have tried several other products and was hoping this one would help. I have not seen any improvement yet.

The directions say to put the firming lotion on after it sets/dries add moisturizer then apply makeup.
When I applied my foundation the firming lotion started to peel.I had to clean my face and reapply moisturizer, basically start all over, but this time without the firming lotion. Very unsatisfied.

Love these products! Very helpful for quelling psoriatic arthritis and keeping it a bay. The #4 oil has been particularly helpful. Do not care about the short-term subscription, which keeps everything quite financially upset. The very best and most constructive thing you could do is change the containers so that one can tell when the supply is getting low. Something clear or at least easy to open would be incredibly helpful. Those of us who cannot afford subscriptions and are paying full price need to see when the supply is running low.

The product is extremely slimy. When it dries it kinda cakes. Not something I would purchase again.

The product doesn’t work like it shows in the ad. The ad shows women putting it on their faces and their wrinkles disappear. My wrinkles don’t even look softened. The directions are confusing. The bottle says use morning and night. The paper that came with it says it’s best to use before bedtime. All the women in the ads look like they are all made up to go out. I’m just not happy.

Worst experience ever. I’m good faith, I ordered the three bottle special listed on the website. I only received one bottle and when I contacted Customer Service, they told me that I was only entitled to one bottle at the price offered. Even my order confirmation specifically says three bottle offer and when I was asked to review the product, the request to review also stated three bottle offer. I am very, very disappointed in this company and would never do business with them again and I will recommend to my friends to not do business with them.
