We used The Space Program as a business storage solution for around 3-4 years. The team that run the sites are brilliant, they take such pride in the presentation of the units and they provide very high quality customer service. It must be said that Dave (based in Avonmouth) is exceptional and will do everything he can to help in many situations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use self storage (for business or personal use), I would use again in a heart beat if needed. The site's are secure and it's evident that as a company they take security very seriously.
They are competitive, trustworthy and true to their word. All of which are rare to find in a business these days.

The space program team were extremely helpful, we needed a storage unit really last minute and were able to get the keys to the unit the same day we enquired with them. They were really flexible with the amount of time we needed the unit for and were really helpful throughout! Highly recommend :)

Storage dry, secure, accessible with good access on site. Nice to have a helpful site manager in working hours. Invoices regular. Nothing not to like really.

I needed a last minute help to find a storage place near me as my moving siruation suddenly changed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful even though it was a Good Friday morning. They talked me through everything patiently and I could move my stuff into one of the storage containers that day. I love their flexibility, willingness to help, kindness and little freebees I got. Especially a can of drink as we were too busy to buy any 😊

Ian without a doubt made this experience one to be recommended. An incredibly helpful, friendly and very efficient addition to your team. The location and 24 hour access was an added bonus.

The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly, and will make sure your experience is a positive one. There is a wide range of containers, one to suit your needs. Access is 24/7 which makes it very flexible.

Had a great experience using the space programme, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Had stuff in storage for 5+ years.

Great storage good price no complaints

Sarah made my experience great. She is brilliant. I appreciated the flexibility that you give with regards to notice. When you are in the situation I was in ( not knowing a completion date and then when told one it changed) this is invaluable.
The units are clean and dry. Sarah advised on the unit size that I required and got it spot on. She also made sure that I was able to lock and unlock it which may sound like a simple thing to do however anything mechanical causes me anxiety and she made sure I was confident in using it.
My only criticism would be that the roadway to my unit had some huge potholes. As it was raining a lot during my storage time these would fill with water and I got quite muddy however everything else was excellent. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the whole service extended to us at The Space Progam. We had a warm welcome from Ian who explained everything and gave us the keys to our storage unit. What we liked was that it’s 24/7 access and the containers are all at ground level for easy access. Have already recommended to friends.

Found the whole experience easy the mission controller for the Weston Super Mare branch Sarah was polite,informative and most of all easy to understand the process. Well done.

Sarah was great at WSP and found process very easy. You can access your storage anytime even on weekends and in the evenings. Very flexible and would defo recommend.

I stored my entire household contents with The Space Programme for 18 months. Access was easy. Security top notch. Communication really good and not expensive.
