My desk arrived earlier than expected and it's perfect. Brilliant craftsmanship and design.

The desk we ordered was exactly as we had hoped (not always the case when ordering online). High quality piece of furniture and very easy to assemble.

Great customer service, early delivery and really pleased with the final product and very high quality. Would recommend! Thank you

Everything was great. The quality, delivery, value and comms. Definitely recommended.

Really happy with everything we ordered from The Somerset Workshop. Adrian’s communication was brilliant throughout, and the desk, coffee table and shelf all turned out amazing.

The quality is excellent, everything feels really well made, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. They even had everything ready earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.

Delivery was also very good. Because the desk was quite long, they used a separate delivery company, and they brought the tabletop safely inside the house for us.

We’re very happy with the furniture and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend The Somerset Workshop!

Easy to order, responsive support and a high quality desk top. Very pleased with the final result.

4 weeks time scale delivered by fedex over two days.

The pre drilled holes did not align to legs, the metal legs were scratched.

Surface is not finely sanded down and very Yellow not as per photos.

Would not buy again very disappointed for £335 especially with no returns policy.

Yes they are genuine.

I had wanted to find out a bit more about them having heard all the stories about cheap Chinese makers using AI to pretend they are local uk artisans. So I had emailed etc. I think I had been too quick off the mark in assuming that they might not be genuine but am more than happy now to have heard directly from Adrian the owner, who was extremely helpful. Apologies if the wrong impression of this company was given in my earlier version of this review.

Fabulous quality and fantastic to be able to order exactly size of desk I needed to fit our room. Very happy.

Well packed, timely delivery, beautiful product, great service throghout

Nicely made table, with clear personalised instructions. Would buy from here again.

All the help we could want was given - and delivery was quick

Very responsive to questions and good communication. Desk itself is amazing. Solid and very good value for money. Fit in amazing in the room and even curved off the edges so our Granddaughter didn’t injure herself. No other high street shop would offer this level of service or build to spec.

Good communication and a high quality product. Was easy to deal with and I'm very happy with my desk

Great seller, very responsive to enquiries. Product fantastic quality as described. Delivery was speedy and tracked. Absolutely recommend this company
