Amazing products with really good macros!!

Ordered several times from this company had no issues. Have to echo what other recent reviews are saying. Took my money for an order on 8th March, just says label printing on what should be a ‘2-3 day delivery’. Zero response to support emails, no answer on phone or social media to respond on where my order is. I will have no option but to submit a chargeback with my bank. It’s clearly not just me having this issue. Terrible customer service - I will be charging back the debit card transaction so they will have to refund me. Ignored!

I love the coffee syrups I buy them for the taste it’s just a bonus that they are sore calories

Customer service is a joke
I have used this company for many years.
I had my delivery 13th March 2026, I have 4 items missing from my order.
I have called about 8 time no response or reply, now saying mailbox full.
I have sent 6 emails or more and I’ve had two reply asking me to show proof.
Which I have done my order placed and order that’s I received.
If they don’t have the items they Should automatically refund me for what i didn’t receive.

I Will never place an order from this company again, and I would Advise nobody else not to trust this company.
As they take your money and do not give you what you ordered.
Or apologise and refund even or acknowledge you.
What Customer service it’s a Joke .

Sauces are absolutely disgusting. Garlic and herb has a horrible slimy and watery texture and tastes vile. Strawberry, blueberry and maple syrup sauces have a very artificial flavour and again very watery. Will be going in the bin, huge waste of money.

Love the quality and taste of all products

Really lovely syrup which is not too thick and not too thin, the perfect consistency. They also don’t have that saccharine taste. They sweeten oats and weetabix in a really delightful way.

Their sauces are to die for. Great choices too. Delivery was spot on

Poor customer service.
£50 order, only half the items received. Emailed customer support only to be asked for photos. Failed to respond to follow up emails. Charge back submitted with card issuer. Stay away unless you want a nightmare experience.

Product is good if you actually ge what you ordered
I ordered blueberry cologne but received strawberry
Tried again and got blackberry
Both times customer service were very slow to get back to be and unhelpful
No apology or exchange just a return but not refund for postage

SO glad I discovered Skinny Syrups! I hve recently discovered decaff coffee and these syrups have really upped my coffee game! So yum. Thanks Skinny!

Have been waiting for a delivery for a week from this company .
6 litres of egg whites .
Today only 1litre arrived in a tiny box that says 6kg on top .
Tried emailing. Zero response
Tried calling . Zero response . No voicemails being accepted .
How is this possible that there is no customer service.?

I’m now adding to this review, despite the below response to my complaint nothing has been done .
The mailbox on the phone isn’t taking messages and emails are still not being replied to .
I have emailed the CEO of this company and so far no response.
Anyone placing orders with them please take note .

Savoury sauces are beyond rancid. Truly awful texture like goo and taste isn’t any better. How these past production tests I’ll never know!!

Sweet sauces are okay (again like watery goo though)

I just want to say how much I love the Chocaholic Drops .. they are the yummiest sweet skinny treat !!

Had 6 bottles missing from an order . Sent photos , then get asked 4 days later for photos of the boxes. After saying they are bin the are closing my case . I can’t comment on the taste of the product but I can on their customer service , it’s shocking . My partner has bought this product for years now , since they started out infact and always had problem with the customer service when orders are wrong ( and that’s alot of times) I will never purchase anything from this company again .

I have not tried any of their products but if I did, their products would taste really good (I enter almost every giveaway on their page) and skinnyfoodco collaborate with other conpanies such as rejuvenate and fuel to promote healthy products.

I’ve been using products from The Skinny Food Co for a while now and they’ve honestly become a staple in my kitchen. As someone who’s focused on staying consistent with my fitness and nutrition, their virtually zero sauces make it so much easier to enjoy meals without feeling like I’m compromising.

My personal favourites have to be the Honey BBQ and Smokey BBQ, and recently the Burger Relish has been added to the list. The flavour is great and the sauces are incredibly versatile I genuinely use them on my breakfast, lunch and dinner.

They’ve become one of those things I simply can’t do without now. If you enjoy flavour but still want to stay on track with your food choices, you’re honestly missing out if you haven’t tried these yet.

I’ve had a really great experience with The Skinny Food Co. The ordering process is very straightforward, and delivery has been quick and hassle-free. What I really like is the wide range of products available, especially ones that suit my needs. As someone on a calorie deficit and also coeliac, it’s great to find options that fit my diet without compromising variety. Highly recommend!
