Overall a great company and a good experience.

The equipment was really good and the process of receiving and returning very easy. The guys use DHL who were fab at giving at time to deliver and sticking to it.

We had trouble with the transmitter not working when plugged in to the mains and then on the morning (Saturday) of my daughters party couldn't get it to pair with her phone.

I tried the contact number for Simon but the company doesn't support during the weekend.

Luckily just by chance we disconnected the power lead and paired it up and then plugged it back in.

Most people will hire equipment for a weekend event and technical support needs to be available. Our party could have been ruined.

Excellent service from booking through to delivery and set up and even returning all of which was easy. Really made for a great party so thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Delivered on time, all equipment working and easy to set up and just dropped back at the post office as that was easiest for us. Otherwise collection is available. Would definitely use again!

Highly recommend this company. I hired a karaoke machine for my 9 yr old daughter’s party and they had an absolute blast! I initially thought it was extravagant to splash out £150 for 11 girls…. But it was totally worth the money. Delivery, set up and posting back was easy. There’s an abundance of songs and 4x mics that didn’t need recharging in the duration of use (3-4 hrs and still pretty full on battery)
My only gripe was that I wish I’d had a spare day to have used it for myself!!! Communication with the team was also fantastic. Definitely recommend. X

Great customer service. Arrived on time, easy to set up. Very good detailed instructions and picked up as expected. All in all, very satisfied and would order again.

These guys were second-to-none when it came to customer service. They were so helpful when I submitted an enquiry via email, and really helpful and responsive with every subsequent email (of which there were many!). I had to keep making follow-up enquiries (because of my own disorganisation!) and yet at every step they were so personable, patient and professional.
They were flexible when we needed to arrange a collection after initially selecting a post-office drop-off, for example, and when we accidentally sent the manual back to the wrong company (due to have equipment from a similarly-named company at the same event) they were so kind and understanding, even arranging to sort the mix-up directly with the other company.
I would use these guys for silent disco or karaoke hire again in a heartbeat.

One feature which is invaluable is the possibility to adjust the pitch of the songs to suit your singers range, and a quick practice on some key songs and set-up the night before makes for a great evening

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, best price I could find anywhere, delivered by courier on the Thursday and collected on Monday. So easy to set up Karaoke machine. The idea of sending photos to show unpacked of equipment and repacking when sending back is a great addition. So helpful over the phone also. If you’re thinking of adding something special to your party these guys have some great equipment. Thank you again it made my sons 21st special, can’t believe how many of his mates were eager to get on the microphones🤣 will definitely use again 🥰

Absolutely amazing! I had a few questions about set up before we hired the silent disco and Simon responded super quickly to all of them. Everything arrived with plenty of time to check the equipment and practice the set up, which made things nice and easy on the day of my 40th birthday party. Everyone had an absolute blast! Really recommend these guys for being super friendly and helpful

The package was the most affordable I could find and I had the best party ever because of it! As soon as the silent disco came on, every single person was dancing until they went home and that was exactly what I wanted. It’s so hard to get people to dance anymore, but this made the entire night and some incredible memories. 10/10 recommend and would use again
